Continuing with the 2nd and 3rd round Round 1 - 2. 51 QB - none RB - none WR - Justin Jefferson, LSU (WR8) K. J Hamler, Penn State (WR9) Quintez Cephus, Wisconsin (WR10) Justin Jefferson, WR, LSU Strengths: Incredibly productive 2019, extremely reliable, strong hands, natural hands catcher, has breakaway speed when given space, big play threat, adjust to the ball that is in flight well, played really well against the best competition he faced, great in traffic, played a really tough schedule and was dominant at times from the slot, big body at 6'3“ that should be able to transition to the outside in the NFL, willing blocker. Weaknesses: Plays slot exclusively, only one year of big time production which poses the question of if he is a product of great great offense, needs to continue developing on his hand usage at the LOS and route tree as his mostly consists of crossing and go routes, needs to fill his frame a little more to endure the punishment of the NFL Bottom line: Jefferson exploded with LSU this year. He catches basically everything thrown his way and just continues producing. Great hands, great in traffic, very reliable target, frame that should transition into outside position in the NFL but if not, he can still be an extremely productive player from the slot. The only reason why he isn't higher, and based on production he probably should be is that on his tape you can see that most of his production comes from the system that LSU runs and great QB play. He has an elite trait which are his hands and that is very important for a pass catcher. If he is put in position to grow his route tree and have a reliable QB that can throw him the ball on target and on time, Jefferson will probably outproduce every receiver in this class. If he is put in a bad position, he could fail on the next level. K. J Hamler, WR, Penn State (WR9) Strengths: Route running, ability to create seperation, stop start quickness and change of direction are elite, great with ball in his hands, great playmaker that is a threa to take it to the house every time he catches the ball, elusive in the open field, has some great moves that freeze defenders in open field, blur on tape, almost impossible to cover 1 on 1 Weaknesses: Shades and memories of Tavon Austin because of his size, he is a slot only player on the next level because of his size limitations (5'9. high possible bust factor because of it, questions if he can translate beating press man at the next level as he has faced limited oportunities to do so in college and against athletes equally elite as himself. Botom line: I love watching Hamler play. Reminds me of Dante Hall with the ball in his hands. That slo reminds me of his size limitations and how much players like he bust in the NFL. I can see him not working out but as a prospect he is a very fun, very enjoyable player to watch. He has great route running skills even tho the route running is limited to mostly slot where most of his production comes from. One of my favourite players in this draft class Quintez Cephus, WR, Wisconsin (WR10) Strengths: Ability to release and fundamentally beat the oposing CB, great hands, great in traffic, great on down field shots and tracking the ball over his shoulder, beats press man with hand usage and with foot quickness, ability to produce in a run first offense with one of the best college RBs of all time, fundamentally sound receiver that reminds of Michael Thomas who might not test extremely well but will be a productive force for years in the NFL. Weaknesses: Missed the whole 2018 season due to alegations of sexual assault (found not guilty) he is not the best athlete in the class and will not wow anyone with it, route tree is still limited as is with most of these prospects, change of direction testing will be big as he doesn't really win with athleticism at the top of the route but mostly just outsmarts the oposition. Bottom line: If everything in the background checks out Cephus is worthy of as high of a pick as I projected him here. He is a fundamentally sound receiver, having the ability to stack the CB at the top of his route on the downfield shots, has great hands, great ball skills, tracks the ball in flight very well and adjusts to it accordingly. He just does all the things well. He is also of decent size at 6'1" 210. He also projects more as a Z receiver than a true X. Flashes of Michael Gallup in some of his plays and I project a similar career path to Cephus too. TE - Hunter Bryant, Washington (TE3) Hunter Bryant, TE, Washington Strengths: Very good receiving TE, natural hands catcher, makes contested catches in traffic, improved as a blocker in 2019, gives his effort in the run game, productive for his position and well coached, very good with the ball in his hands, good at RAC, decent route runner for a TE, can be a miss match weapon as a slot player. Weaknesses: Size limitations that will not allow for him to ever be a true in-line Y in the NFL, oversized slot receiver more than a true TE, can get overpowered on the LOS, blocking technique needs work. Bottom line: In a overall weak TE class, if you need a receiving option at the position, you will probably want to go with Bryant. He's a solid pass catching TE who's size doesn't allow him to be a true in-line Y and he is not quick or exposive enough to be a WR but he gets the job done from a hybrid slot/TE position. He catches the ball well, he runs well after the catch, he's productive and well coached and he is improved as a blocker in 2019 and gives his best shot it seems every time. OT - Prince Tega-Wangoho, Auburn (OT8) Prince Tega-Wangoho, OT, Auburn Strengths: Plays with nasty attitude and mean spirit, adequate footwork and footspeed to become an NFL starter, length and size is great, good at combo blocking, good looking athlete, finishes plays, steady player that face a lot of good competition and didn't look out of place, played both LT and RT at Auburn, moves his feet on contact, has the athletic ability to make some great reach blocks. Weaknesses: Plays off balance at times, can get pulled and thugged down by stronger linemen, even tho he isn't really deficient in any category of the tackle play he isn't great at any one thing either, his angles in space need work, can get bullrushed with lower anchor strength than some better prospects, he needs refining as a tackle as he is still learning the position, needs to learn how to extend and lock out his arms to not let rushers into his frame better Bottom line: Wanogho is a prospect that is still learning the ins and outs of the tackle position but the physical traits are all in place. He has great size, great length, moves well in space, has good foot speed. Just needs to put things together more as he develops. He isn't beat that often but when he is he often lets the rusher into his frame or he takes false steps and oversets for a type of rush he expects. If he puts everything together his ceiling is high. I love the attitude and mean streak he has and I personally loved watching him. IOL - Cesar Ruiz, OC, Michigan (OC2) Jonah Jackson, OG, Ohio State (OG1) Damien Lewis, OG, LSU (OG2) Logan Stenberg, OG, Kentucky (OG3. DT - Ross Blacklock, TCU (DT4) Justin Madubuike, Texas A&M (DT5) Jordan Elliott, Missouri (DT6) Ross Blacklock, DT, TCU (3T) Strengths: Explosive player with great get off, elite pad level with extremely good balance, grown man strength at the point of attack, very good anchor strength, very hard to stop in disrupting the play even by double teams, motor runs hot almost every snap, plays in a unfavourable system as a NT but will project much better as a penetrating 4-3 3T on the next level, potential is huge on tape, has pass rush moves and tools and physical traits that NFL teams will covet, love his long arm move, still growing as a player. Weaknesses: Health will be a concern for NFL teams because he has missed whole 2018 with an achilles injury, he sometimes has trouble finding the ball carrier and making the play even tho he is in a good position to do so, tends to be cautios at the snap at times when it isn't an obvious passing down so he doesn't use his athleticism immediately. Bottom line: Ross Blacklock is my favourite DT prospect I've watched this year. He is a grown man at the point of attack. He plays extremely hard and is extremely hard to stop. I haven't seen a lot of DTs have a better pad level in college. He is extremely well balanced and coordinatedwhen attacking gaps in the run game and doesn't spend a lot of time on the ground. Enormous potential that might get noticed in the draft process so I wouldn't be shocked if he is one of the first DTs off the board in the end. Justin Madubuike, DT, Texas A&M (3T) Strengths: Very good anchor strength, good run defender, good pass rusher and interior disruptor, good ball get off, violent with his hands and uses variety of moves to get past defenders, plays with good pad leverage and wins with upfield penetration, productive career and a very productive last year at A&M. Weaknesses: Can get caught up in the block of the OL failing to disengage and make a play, can miss a tackle in the hole, average grip strength to bring down the runners with his hands, can get out of control and fall on the ground failing to do meaningful things on that snap, looks like he takes plays off at times. Bottom line: Projected penetrating 3T with good anchor strength in the run game. Needs to stay on his feet more and he is going to be making even more plays. Looks like a very good pickup on the 2nd day of the draft for the value he provides. Reminds me of Maliek Collins. Jordan Elliott, DT, Missouri Strengths: Length and big frame he can grow even more into, pass rush, anticipation and upfield penetration, at times explosive first step, backfield disruptor in the run game, adequate anchor strength when facing a single blocker, potential is a huge, NFL teams will love him and he will probably rise even more by the end of the process. Weaknesses: Can get bullied by double teams in the run game or by stronger linemen, fails to disengage at times and make a play, looks disintersted at times and content to get blocked without doing much of anything, doesn't always use his amazing pass rushing potential. Bottom line: Potential to be great with Jordan Elliott is there. If he wants to work hard and play hard every snap, he might become a great player in the NFL. Prototype frame with prototype length, Elliott will be rising up the draft boards but his plays off were off putting to me on tape. Even tho he is one of the most prolific pass rushers in the class, even statistically, he needs to play snap in and snap out for me to grade him higher. Improved very much but has long ways to go. EDGE - Darrell Taylor, Tennessee (EDGE7) Bradlee Anae, Utah (EDGE8) Darrell Taylor, DE, Tennessee Strengths: Extremely talented, productive career and 2019, possesses basically everything you want in a prototypical edge rusher to be molded into a special player, developed in his pass rush move usage, combination of size at 6'4“ 255, length, speed, explosiveness, uses variety of moves to get himself free of the blocker, nasty arm over move, easy mover in every direction, looks effortless when he beats the blocker, Taylor's first step is great. Weaknesses: Off the field issues, needs to more consistent from game to game, motor tends to come and go, not going to be on the board for many teams nor will he be a fit for every team, does not look very interested in run defense at times, can allow blockers into his frame at times, bending ability is not great but hip flexibility gets the job done. Bottom line: Taylor could be 2nd best pure pass rusher in the class. That is, if there weren't „off the field“ concers like fighting Trey Smith, his teammate, in 2017 or an on field fight he got into. He is probably not going to get picked on the first day but he has the ability to become special. Somebody is either going to get a trouble child or a possibly franchise altering talent at DE. Reminds a lot of Randy Gregory in the aspect that the talent is undeniable but the cost and the headache might be too high of a price to pay for NFL GMs. Bradlee Anae, EDGE, Utah Strengths: Disciplined steady player, savy pass rusher, good explosive first step that allows him to capture the outside shoulder of the blocker well, good size for a DE at 6'3“ 265, will be a fit for a lot of teams as he has dropped in coverage as an OLB and played in 2 point stance too, very productive career at Utah and improved in 2019 statistically with 12. 5 sacks, has enough physical tools to be a good rusher in the NFL, plays with some power and routinely drives blockers back, sets the edge well in the run game, does his job and plays within his skillset very well, great senior bowl showing. Weaknesses: Does not seem particularly athletically gifted outside his explosive first step and the hip flexibility, bend is okay but nothing spectacular, can overrun the QB because of the lack of ankle flexibility, need him to have a constant plan when rushing, needs to work on his counter moves and to develop a signature pass rush move because most of his production at the moment comes from power and hustle and will to get to the QB, arm length is not optimal. Bottom line: Anae is a steady player that is going to be a rotational rushing piece for a team in the NFL. He isn't particularly flashy, outside his very good initial explosion off the line but he does his job and plays within his skillset better than almost everyone in this EDGE class. He understands how to win and how to get to the QB and is productive. He is very disciplined and will not cause your team to lose. Plays smart, sets good edge in the run game. Will be a coveted rotational piece that can grow into a starting type DE. LB - Akeem Davies-Gaither, App. State (LB6) CB - Noah Igbinoghene, Auburn (CB7) Jaylon Johnson, Utah (CB8) Cameron Dantzler, Miss. State (CB9) Noah Igbinoghene, CB, Auburn Strengths: Athletic ability, great hip flexibility, mirroring the reiceivers and not losing a step, facing tough competitions he played very well, has feel how to cover in man to man coverage, very sticky and almost impossible to shake in the route, can run the route for the receiver, good at breaking the balls up at the catch point, plays through receivers hands, very good at the point of attack in run defense, sure tackler. Weaknesses: Head never gets turned around, limited production, much better athlete than a corner at this point of his career, limited to man coverage only on tape, instincts in zone coverage aren't shown so he might be a scheme specific player that not everyone will covet, the pass breakup technique he's thought is gonna get him in trouble if not fixed (swiping at the ball. Bottom line: Sticky outside corner with great movement skills, Igbinoghene is a better athlete than a corner at this point and all he is basically asked to do in Auburn's defense is to get his man. And he does it extremely well. Playing against some of the best competition there is he really shined and stood out on tape. Not afraid to tackle and to hit. Igbinoghene is an ascending player so far in the process. Many people didn't think he would declare but I think he was right in doing so. He will be a very good player for man coverage teams and if developed properly he can be much more than that with his athletic ability. S - Kyle Dugger, Lenoir-Rhyne (S5) Kyle Dugger, S, Lenoir-Rhyne Strengths: Incredibly athletic player, shows range, very good closing in a hurry and hitting the targets hard, burst is exceptional, great showing at the senior bowl covering both in the practices and in the game where he showed he belongs, gives added value as a prolific punt and kickoff returner, separates the ball from the receivers with his hits, great at attacking downhill where he is used the best as a hybrid LB/SS type (mini Jamal Adams. Weaknesses: Can be too fast for his own good which leads to some missed tackles on tape, can take a poor angle to the ball, looks to hit more than wrap up which can create unneccessary extra yardage, always gonna be questions about small school with him and the level of competition which he partially dispelled at the senior bowl. Bottom line: Small school prospect that blew up the senior bowl, Dugger is an ascending player who's stock continues to rise with everything he does in this draft process. There isn't much that he can't do on tape but the level of competition is obviously going to be troubling for some teams ( Cowboys are one of them as they shy away from small school prospects with last one being drafted in 2013, before Will McClay era. 3. 82 QB - none RB/flex - Antonio Gibson, Memphis, Lynn Bowden Jr, Kentucky Both of these players are what I would call flex players as I have no idea what to do with them. Gibson is a better Tony Pollard imo. He is a converted RB who played slot receiver most of the time for Memphis and he is electric with the ball in his hands as is Lynn Bowden who is more of a slot receiver but because of Kentucky's offense he was mostly used as a wildcat RB this year getting the highest rushing grade out of all non RBs in the country. Both of these players are interesting prospects that are basically listed as athletes, they don't really fit in RB or WR category with their tape. WR - Isaiah Hodgins, Oregon State (WR13) Bryan Edwards, South Carolina (WR14) Michael Pittman Jr, USC (WR15) Tyler Johnson, Minesotta (WR16) Isaiah Hodgins, WR, Oregon State Strengths: Great foot speed and change of direction skills for a big body at 6'4“, 210, very good route runner, natural hands catcher, jump ball threat, red zone weapon, very good slant and double move route runner, productive 2019 with 13 TDs and over 1100 yards, judges the ball well in flight, has no trouble tracking the ball on downfield shots, extends his hands to snatch the ball from air, very good at the releasing at the LOS. Weaknesses: Pure straight line speed so the athletic testing will be big, competition was not the greatest, as weird as it sounds he is much better at moving laterally on slants and crossers and in routes than he is at going down the field and trying to be a down the field weapon, I want him to be even more physical with the body type he has. Bottom line: I love Isaiah Hodgins. He will be a clasical case of „just trust the tape“ come April. His frame would lead you to believe he is limited in his movement but once you watch him it becomes very clear how quick his feet are and how good he is at setting the defender up and running very precise routes to beat the oposition with explosiveness in and out of his breaks. Straight line speed will be a question he needs to answer and he needs to stay in 4. 5s if he is to stay this high on the board but his tape is solid. If he does not test well, he will fall a bit on the draft day but I have no question in my mind that Hodgins will be a very good player in the NFL for a pretty long time. Bryan Edwards, WR, South Carolina Strengths: Suddenness at the LOS, very good size at 6'3, 215, shows neccessary hand usage and release techniques to beat press man coverage at the next level, good route runner for his size, shows some breakaways speed when given a little room to get going, sinks his hips and transfers his weight properly on comeback routes, very good slant runner that shields the defenders away from ball with his body, very good feel with ball in his hands and is used as a jet sweep player. Weaknesses: Sometimes he looks like he's running in mud because he isn't the most explosive straight line athlete but has enough speed with time, much better working vertically than horizontally as a route runner, can get knocked off balance when releasing because he doesn't reduce the surface area at the LOS all the time, needs to play better above the rim, needs to continue progressing and working on his route tree. Bottom line: Edwards is an interesting receiver. Plagued by, at best, average QB play, there are things on his tape that lead me to believe he will become a steal when he is picked in the draft. He shows very good footwork and foot speed in his releases but sometimes he overdoes it so he gets jammed up. Athletic testing will be important for him. His speed won't scare many in the NFL but he is a really sudden, tryhard receiver at the LOS that if given little bit of space can still make a house call. He played well against good corners of Alabama, he has experience going against press man coverage. He reminds me of Michael Gallup that just like Edwards, showcased ability against the best competition he faced but still went in the 3rd round. Michael Pittman Jr, WR, USC Strengths: Sure hands, big body receiver at 6'4“, 220, big catch radius, highpoints the ball well, natural hands catcher, great possession receiver, shows more shiftiness than the big frame leads you to believe, great at the catch point, has no problem tracking the ball over his shoulder, adjusts to the throws well, comes back to the football, demanded double coverage from best teams he faced, has a great feel how to settle in the zone, QB friendly receiver. Weaknesses: Limited in his releases, athletic testing will be big, did not face many press man oportunities, does not seem to have that elite breakaway speed, not a big YAC player, route tree and nuances of the route running need to be refined. Bottom line: Very similar to Mims, Pittman is a big body, possession receiver who's athletic testing will determine a lot of draft stock. At times he shows he has the straight line speed to get away from corners but he gets caught from behind too so it will be interesting to see how he tests. He is an above the rim player that is going to be valuable for an NFL franchise. Has a great feel how to attack the ball in the air, because he isn't a nuanced route runner and his releases are limited he also has learned how to catch the ball in traffic and how to squeeze the most out of his play. He will be a great value on day 2 if you miss out on Tee Higgins. TE - Harrison Bryant, FAU (TE4) Bycen Hopkins, Purdue (TE5) Jared Pinkney, Vanderbilt (TE6) OT - Trey Adams, Washington (OT10) Trey Adams, OT, Washington Strengths: Nasty attitude, finishes plays, very good grip strength in both pass pro and run game, knows how to contort and turn his man to create a hole in the run game, good at cutting defenders down, pedigree of a high end prospect, gives ground slowly if he's getting bullrushed with quick steps and hops, good anchor strength, overall very solid player that has understanding of how to play both tackle positions and has played it at a high level against very good competition for a longer period of time, good at puling and comfortable in space, reach blocks well and drives defenders back with one hand. Weaknesses: Biggest issue is that he sometimes forgets about his footwork and crosses his feet especially if he doesn't get proper depth on his pass set and he gets threatened with speed, if he crosses his feet he is very vulnerable to counter moves and inside spins, has an extensive injury history that will probably impact his draft stock, can play off balance at times, the times he struggled the most is against the best competition he faced which isn't enocuraging. Bottom line: It seems like Trey Adams should've been playing in the NFL for 2 or 3 years but here we are, finally, at his senior year and he's here. Plagued with injuries, if he was to declare after his excelent junior season in 2017 he would've been a top 15 pick. He decided to return for another year, year that was plagued with injuries and had him postpone his coming out party for one more year. His tape is much improved from very limited action in 2018. He seems like he is back to his old self. Very good player that has all the makings of a starting tackle in the NFL, Adams plays with an edge, plays almost nasty, has adequate feet and foot speed, is very good in space, good at contorting defenders out of the hole to create lanes for his RB. The only reason he isn't higher is because of extensive injury history and because he had a mediocre/bad showing against Utah and Bradlee Anae which was basically his best competition he faced all year. On day 2, Adams will either be a long time NFL starter or he will continue to struggle to stay healty. IOL - Tyler Biadasz, Wisconsin (OC3) Calvin Throckmorton, Oregon (OC4) Calvin Throckmorton, OT/OG/OC, Oregon Strengths: Very consistent player, strong at the point of attack, very good grip strength, latches onto the frame of the defender and turns the player to create the hole in the run game, good hand and punch placement, good anchor strength as he does not get bullrushed easily, adequate foot speed and pass set, continues moving feet on impact and drives players back and into the ground, plays very mean style of football and finishes his blocks through the whistle, very few negative plays on the tape even as a RT on an island, good at cutting backside players off with his body which looks weird but is somewhat effective even tho it isn't technically sound, very good at positioning himself to make a block in space and to shield players off from the ballcarrier even while being a slower athlete. Weaknesses: Probably best utilized as a center/guard in the NFL as his bodytype isn't really a prototypical tackle build, doesn't have „tackle feet“, arm length might be a question as he can get belly to belly at times as a pass blocker, does not look very comfortable pulling as he looks slow and is better in a phone booth type of situation as a blocker, poor showing as a tackle in the senior bowl game. Bottom line: Throckmorton is one of the prospects I love irrationally probably. He is consistent, very savvy as a player. He is probably better suited as a center or a guard in the NFL as his bodytype isn't ideal for the tackle position but I could see him being a good RT in the NFL too. I watched 2 years of tape on him and even tho he isn't the quickest, the strongest or the best looking athlete, he gets the job done and does not give up much. If I'm an NFL GM I know what Throckmorton is and at least if he can't play the tackle he will be a starting caliber center or guard in the NFL. I am also much higher on him than most people and I curently don't know why. Throckmorton is as solid as it gets in this draft class but he might not fit all the checkboxes that pro scouts or GMs are looking for in a tackle. DT - Marlon Davidson, Auburn (DT7) Leki Fotu, Utah (DT8) Marlon Davidson, DT, Auburn (3T) Strengths: Quickness of the snap when playing interior, great showing in senior bowl practices where he showed bulked up which pleasantly surprised me, plays with some power and doesn't lose leverage when setting the edge, pass rushes well from the inside, very hard to stop, plays with some attitude. Weaknesses: Used the wrong way as an edge defender in Auburns scheme which limited the number of plays he makes, needs to get stronger to become a full time 3T Bottom line: Player that was used in a wrong way in Auburn defense and his play showed. He is not an edge defender. He's a 3T and he showed up bulked up to the senior bowl which was great to see. I believe he has some of the highest pass rushing upside from a 3T from this whole class but he is undersized curently and will need to get stronger and bulk up to play 3T full time Leki Fotu, DT, Utah (NT) Strengths: Size, strength, anchor strength, block deconstruction, very good run defender, best pass rushing pure NT in the class for my money, quick feet for his size, great arm over move to free himself of defenders on passing downs, smart player that understands how to play the game and what he needs to do, understands what the offensive scheme is trying to do to him, plays hard. Weaknesses: Not enough pass rush to be ranked higher, not diverse in his pass rush outside of the arm over and bull rush move, when stopped in his pass rush often quits because of the lack of pass rush moves, anchor suffers if his pad level gets too high. Bottom line: Pure NT, Fotu is best used as a 2 down run stopper. He isn't hopeless if first 2 downs are passing downs tho as he he creates the most push from pure NT position I've seen in this draft class. Pretty straight forward player that will make his living as a run stopper and will probably end up having a long NFL career out of it. EDGE - Kenny Willekes, Michigan State (EDGE13) Jason Strowbridge (EDGE14) Alton Robinson, Syracuse (EDGE15) Kenny Willekes, EDGE, Michigan State Strengths: Unrivaled motor, great kid that loves the game, fierce competitor, knows how to use his hands to control the blockers hands constantly, wins mostly with outside speed rush or speed to power, very hard to contain by a single blocker, backfield disruptor with penetration, very steady player with who you know what you're getting every snap, enough strength in run game, understands leverage and plays with good pad level, could be a fit for almost every scheme, pro ready player that has had a productive career. Weaknesses: Looks much smaller and lighter than listed 6'4“, 260, needs to diversify his pass rush repertoair and his approach, can have a hard time shedding blockers hands in the run game at times, needs to use more counter moves once his initial move gets stopped, can get overwhelmed at the point of attack by double teams, unsure about his best fit because he looks like a OLB but rushes almost exclusively with his hand down, arm length is a big knock. Bottom line: My favourite EDGE prospect, Willekes does not take plays off, ever. Hard nose, workman like, absolute menace on the line of scrimmage, I would bet Willekes will have a long and productive NFL career. He might not be the most naturally gifted or the biggest or the most polished pass rusher in this class but he is an absolute force on the field. Constantly making plays, disrupting with penetration both in run and in the pass game, never stops playing. Projects better as a situational pass rusher for the start of his NFL career but with time, I have no doubt that Willekes will be a true 3 down DE on the next level. His attitude, his work ethic and his play will make sure it happens. Alton Robinson, DE, Syracuse Strengths: Very productive 2018 with 10 sacks, well built for a 4-3 DE at 6'4“, 260, often commands double teams, shows rare explosiveness in his pass rush at times, possesses natural ability to capture the edge, get to the outside shoulder of the tackle and turn the corner, when he is on he is a violent player that plays through the whistle, has a natural ability to dip around his blocker, uses his hands fairly well when using speed rush. Weaknesses: Off the field issues, regressed statistically in 2019 from a great statistical 2018, lackluster run defender, loses gap integrity in run game at times, fooled by misdirection plays routinely, can stop playing and take false steps, pad level is often out of order leaving him doing nothing on the play once he is initially blocked. Bottom line: Robinson is a polarizing player in simple fact that he has played pretty well but the production is missing in 2019. He has gotten high praise from Clemson coaches that said he is one of the best players they've gone against this year. Off the field issues are well documented and he could become a steal of the draft if he is in the right situation. Very talented player with innate pass rushing skills and abilities but his stock will vary depending from team to team. LB - Troy Dye, Oregon (LB8) CB - Bryce Hall, Virginia (CB11) Troy Pride Jr, Notre Dame (CB12) S - Jeremy Chinn, Southern Illinois (S6) Terrell Burgess, Utah (S7) J. R Reed, Georgia (S8) K'Von Wallace, Clemson (S9) Jeremy Chinn, S, Southern Illinois Strengths: Extremely physical player, rangy, athletic and big NFL ready frame (6'3“, 212) that can be used in varity of ways, can be played all over formation (SS, FS and LB on tape) people stopper, does not shy away from contact in run game, nasty attitude, good in man coverage, plus breaks on the ball, understands the defense he plays in, played well against best competition he faced, makes it tough on players he covers, production (13 INTs, 31 PDs in 4 years. Weaknesses: Competition level, sometimes needs to tone down the physicality he plays with which gets him in trouble with ejections, can allow some receptions in the passing game even after being in good position to make a play on the ball, needs to learn when to just turn his hips and run before letting too much of his cushion disappear. Bottom line: Jeremy Chinn is my favourite safety prospect from this draft class. Coming from a smaller schol of Southern Illinois, the competition level is basically the only thing keeping me from having him ranked higher. He has dispelled some notions about this at the senior bowl. Extremely physical, smart and rangy, Chinn is used as a SS, FS and sub package LB at times. Absolute stud for his competition level. If anyone made it this far, you are a champion. I hope you find it informative and thanks for reading once again. Also, if any of you guys are interested, I have a twitter profile linked to my reddit profile where I dump all-22 college clips (until and if they get taken down. I take clips while watching prospects so that I can remind myself what kind of player they are once I'm writing a report or discussing them. Pretty kool. Downhill free watch episodes. Many people think that the pickmeisha is the 'cool girl' that's not bothered by the fact her boyfriend/guy playing her feels texts other girls and meets up with other girls or goes out to drink beer with friends while canceling their movie night/date night or ignoring her for hours. She's not bothered because she's chill, laid back and cool. She doesn't mind, she will just do her own thing until he's back. Except she is bothered. Many of us have or had pickmeisha all know how they rant to us about their fuckboy, boyfriend or the man playing them. How they text us for hours about how they're done and bothered yet they're not brave enough to text him that and say "well the X, Y, Z you do bothers me" and we all know how they die out of jealousy and cry to us when their non-official-boyfriend goes out with another girl and posts it on his IG story. We all know how they make fake IG accounts to stalk these girls their 'bf' is out with and watch their story. Pickmeishas just act unbothered towards 'their' man (who in most cases isn't even their man but shared with 5 other girls who are in the same situation as them) but in reality the jealousy eats them from inside and they don't know what to do with themselves. They bend their sexual boundaries (agree to anal and threesomes with another woman) just to please their man who eventually will cheat or replace her anyway. When they do decide to speak up about how they feel their man will play the victim or brush their feels off and gaslight them or sometimes even leave them. It's what LVM do. Ask yourself, is it really a healthy relationship if you're scared to talk about what bothers you and how your boundaries are being crossed? it isn't. #BlockHim2020 and refuse to join his harem. Why HVM won't pick the pickmeishas Once a woman who is new to FDS messaged me asking "So why do HVM not go for pickmeishas instead of a HVW? the pickmeishas will do anything for them" and maybe pickmeishas are some LVM's dream including MGTOW men. A question for the women here. Would you really want to date someone who has 0 opinions on everything and just agrees with whatever you say? i wouldn't. I would just prefer to date someone who has opinions that align with mine. It's annoying when someone has no personality and just agrees with you like a zombie. Most pickmeishas are very insecure and possessive and eventually show it over time. She will act like the perfect girlfriend for 6-12 months then it will go downhill. She cannot find confidence herself so she hopes the men give it to her. She lives for the compliments these men give her just to feel needed and whole. She trades sex for compliments and 5 minutes (or less) of being loved. The pickmeisha fantasy of LVM You see many posts (especially on Reddit) about how men want the pickmeishas but truth is, the relationship never stays. That's why you see many posts about how men talk about their wife, who decided to divroce them 'out of the blue' after 15 years of marriage. The relationship always dies, if it's after 3 months or after 20 years. Eventually they leave you. Every time i see a divorced man with kids i wonder, what was his wife's last straw? no woman is going to have kids with a man she dreams of leaving. There are 3 types of pickmeishas Those who only go for hot/rich fuckboys/men who don't want them and try to change him from a fuckboy to a loyal man (which doesn't happen and it she does succeed, he leaves her for a better woman) and they complain about it to their friends. How she did everything for a man (which she would NEVER do for the average man, btw) and he still left her/didn't commit to her. Those who meet a man who makes them act like a pickmeisha but normally they aren't one. They fell for this man HARD and don't know what to do. They bend their standards and rules for him and he still won't commit to them. And i admit i was one of them too, sadly. Those who give everyone a chance, regardless if you're below average, average, good looking, broke, rich, had 3 types of STDs or not giving head, she will understand and still date you. She's ALL for equality, she splits the bill and even buys them gifts. She wants their validation, not a specific man's validation but all of them. So to the male lurkers here, would you really want to date a girl that gives everyone a chance? that has no standards? it's so unattractive. Why are pickmeishas bad to both women and men Pickmeishas make men think they can make women bend over to them like the pickmeisha will. It lowers men's standards while thinking they actually higher their standards (ex: she must cook for me, must be tidy, must split the bill. It makes men pass us as crazy when we talk about our feelings and what we want and what bothers us since they're used to the pickmeishas who shut up or they're used to us talking about what bothers us and they don't change it since the pickmeisha talked too and they didn't change and she stayed so they assume we will stay too. Again, pickmeishas can only pretend to be unbothered and cool for a few months, maximum an year. Your grandmas and mothers do not count as pickmeishas, it was just the misogynistic culture back then and they had to adapt. Any man who will go through the pickmeisha's phone will find out how she talks badly of him to her friends and how she's done with his bullshit. Feel free to add.

Race information What? Krispy Kreme Challenge When? February How far? 5 miles (4. 82 according to Garmin) Where? Raleigh, NC Website: Strava activity: Finish time: 31:37 Goals Goal Description Completed? A Eat 12 doughnuts Yes B Improve on time from last year Yes Splits (wonky due to auto-lap and trying to get donut split) Lap Time 1 5:13 2 5:31 3. 18 before doughnuts 1:02 (5:40 pace) 4. 05 doughnut split 4:43 5 5:37 6 5:57 0. 58 3:31 (5:59 pace) Backstory/training I've never been great at short distances, as I have much more of a propensity for endurance than speed. However, I first ran the Krispy Kreme Challenge last year on a whim, placing 9th overall, and realized that I am better at running and eating combined than I am at just running short distances, so I figured it would give it a shot again this year. I'm currently in the middle of a marathon training block (between 55-70 mpw w/ 2 quality workouts a week) and have felt like my fitness has been improving over the past few months, so was excited to see if I could improve upon my time/place from last year. I basically just wedged this into my marathon training plan, as that's the more important race, though I did take an additional rest day yesterday. Didn't do any eating training other than base meals (typically 2 mpd [meals per day] w/ frequent snacking and the occasional sweet. Pre-race Woke up, drank coffee and drove to meet up with a couple of friends who had agreed to come cheer me on. Parked, walked to the starting line, and took in all of the ridiculous costumes. I had wanted to get a bit of a warm-up in, but it took longer than I had planned to walk from where we parked and the line for the bathrooms was pretty long. Also, the starting line is a bit of a cluster - they have small signs for pace groups (the fastest being 7/min mile) but most people congregate towards the slower pace groups, so I kind of had to jostle around and hustle to get to the front w/ adequate time. So, no warmup, unless you count jumping and shivering. Race Run to doughnuts: Took off and was immediately with the lead group. Course is downhill for the first little bit, so people were flying. I recognized the guy who won last year, but he started to move at a pace that was quicker than I wanted to go, so I just kind of settled into a grove with about 8-10 people strung out ahead of me. Immediately I noticed that my legs felt pretty dead (see: currently in the middle of training block w/ no taper and no warmup) but figured that they would loosen up eventually and tried to distract myself. For those who aren't aware, there are different divisions of the Krispy Kreme challenge. The competitive/official division w/ places and prizes is the 'challenger' division, where you have to eat all 12 donuts and then show the empty box to a volunteer at the Krispy Kreme to verify that you have completed the task. However, a vast majority of people in the race sign up as a 'casual' runner, wherein you get a box of donuts and are then free to eat as many or as little as you'd like before you run back (oftentimes carrying the box with you. There are some heathens people who choose to run as 'No Doughnut' runners, as well. Everyone races together, which meant that I had no way of knowing which people ahead of me were actually completing the challenge, or which people would just run through and grab a box of doughnuts before going on their merry way, and I didn't know my place amongst the challengers. Hit the first mile in 5:13 and the second mile in 5:32, with another. 18 before the doughnuts in 5:40. Felt comfortable throughout - was definitely not a max effort towards the end, but wanted to make sure that I wasn't completely out of breath/gassed when I started to eat. Doughnuts: I grabbed my box of doughnuts from a volunteer, ran to a spot right next to a water table, and then stomped on the doughnut box a couple of times to flatten the doughnuts out as much as possible. My strategy was to grab multiple cups of water, tear off small pieces of the doughnuts, and dunk/soak them in water. Sounds disgusting (it is) but it seems to be the most efficient way to eat the doughnuts (think of like Joey Chestnut in the Nathan's Famous contest. I just tried to be as methodical as possible, chewing and shoving those cold and wet doughnut pieces in my mouth. According to my watch, the doughnut split covered 0. 05 miles (as there is a bit of a transition area) and took me 4:43. That is a 23. 59 seconds per donut split. Grabbed the empty box, showed it to a volunteer to verify, and then took off running. Run back: The key is to run as quickly as you can on the way back to try to avoid the impending lump of doom in your stomach. The worst part of the run is that I was still chewing my final doughnut piece when I began running again, so had passed all water tables at that point and had no water to wash things down, and therefore had sickly sweet doughnut remnants in my mouth throughout the run, which I do not recommend. After getting out of the donut transition zone, I picked up the pace and passed a couple of people who were casual/no doughnut runners, though it was pretty sparse in front of me, and I didn't see anyone I recognized, so I still didn't know what my place was. Noticed that my legs felt fatigued again, but just tried to maintain a steady pace, knowing that I didn't have much time before my stomach would be getting angry. My first mile after the doughnuts was 5:40, and I felt like I could have gone faster, but my legs just would not turnover any more quickly. There's also a stretch where you double back and run on the same road that you take to the Krispy Kreme, which was now a lot busier than when I first ran on it, and people weren't doing a great job of staying to the right side of the road, so I had to weave in and out of some people. Though I did appreciate the costumes and cheers! Just under 4 miles into the race, there's a little hill that I remembered from the year past that just wrecked me. So I slowed down a bit here, but it wasn't enough - my stomach had finally caught up with what I had done to it and was basically like 'what the hell dude, I thought we were bros, but this ain't cool. Entered the pain cave w/ significantly more nausea than normally accompanies it, and just tried to hold on for dear life as I got progressively more nauseous. Got passed by one guy (edit: originally thought it was a fellow challenger, but after looking at Strava, it was a guy banditing the race lol) around this time, as well - I tried to stay with him, but was legitimately afraid I would vomit (tmi: there was some minor dry heaving going on at this point) as the gradual uphill towards the finish was killing me. Gutted it out and finished the last little bit of the race in around 5:58/mile pace, for a total time of 31:37 and 4th place overall. 20 seconds behind the guy who passed me and got third (edit: turns out third place had an insanely fast doughnut split and was ahead of me the entire post-doughnut portion of the race, though I was slowly gaining on him, which makes me happy. Was a couple of minutes behind first place, who set a new course record. Post-race Immediately stopped, waited for the wave of nausea to pass, and drank some water. My friend offered me a face wipe, which I gladly accepted. Declined to get anything at brunch with my friends. Ran about a minute and 15 seconds faster than last year, which I think is reflective of my overall fitness improving, and not of my doughnut eating ability. While I would have loved to finish on the podium, and think I probably could have placed third had I actually tapered and had fresher feeling legs, I'm super happy with the result, especially because I don't consider myself good at shorter distances at all, and felt like I pushed myself as much as I could during this hellish race. Now back to marathon training, and eating doughnuts after running only (until next year.

My goal with this and my other guides is to have a comprehensive guide on the basics of mountain biking and the questions that go along with it. As with any of my guides or posts, they are open to recommendations, suggestions, corrections, and any input you may have. Along with this post, I have two others, including part 2 of this post and my first/budget bike buying guide. F. Part 2 Budget/First Bike Buying Guide and What to look for in a bike The F. posts will always be a work in progress. As of now, I am still hoping on adding the following topics: Fox, Rockshox, and other brands fork and suspension lineups explained. Boost spacing Carbon vs Aluminum wheels and other wheel topics Suspension platforms and tuning (This one I will need some help on) Matchmaker and iSpec mounting standards How to upgrade your existing bike (I'm thinking this will be a completely separate topic. Where can I find details about local trails? The best sources for finding trails are: Trailforks which is managed by It has a smartphone app as well as a website. The app is fantastic as you can download maps for offline viewing (read: when your in the lost in the middle of nowhere with no service, you can still view maps. They often have reviews, photos, and other valuable details for these trails. MTB Project is much the same as Trailforks in that they have an app, website, and you can download offline maps. Really they do the same thing, but sometimes one is better then another for a certain trail system or area. I also tend to find MTB Project has better descriptions of the trails. Personally, I'd have both. Strava Heatmaps is a little different. This isn't an organized app with specific trails or routes. What it shows is "heat" or hot areas where people ride a lot. This can help you find systems you may not have known about and some more "off the grid trails. Obviously be careful with those and try to get permissions from landowners to ride in unofficial trails. Facebook: Trails or general riding areas often have very active social media communities and groups. These groups are often the best place to find out about trails, conditions, and other events going on in your vicinity. Trail system-specific pages also exist which can give you really good details that go beyond whatTrailforks, Facebook groups, etc may offer... My favorite example of one like this is the Trail Genius page for Copper Harbor, Michigan. It has videos of every trail along with statistics and other details. Talk to employees and people at local bike shops. Talking to real locals and riders is going to get you some great info. What is the difference between different types of bikes, which one should I get? I'm going to use Santa Cruz mountain bike lineup as an example for each of these bikes as they have a very broad lineup with a bike in every category Downhill: 100/0 descending/climbing As the name implies, these are strictly for downhill riding. You use a lift or shuttle to get you to the top of the run/trail. They are next to impossible to do any climbing on. Dual Crown Fork ~180+ mm of travel front and rear Wider hubs sometimes and beefier components/wheels. 1x7 drivetrain often with a narrow range of gears and DH specific groups. Powerful brakes and tough tires. Fixed seat post dropped low All this means heavier. Physically different geometry such as more raked out fork to help with going downhill fast. Always a full suspension as far as I know. Example: Santa Cruz V10 215mm 27. 5" or 29" Enduro/All Mountain Bike: A burlier trail bike typically. If a trail bike is 50/50 climb/descent an enduro/all-mountain bike is closer to 60/40 or 70/30 descending/climbing. Enduro/All-mountain bikes typically have: 150mm+ Travel front and rear. Single crown forks, but with beefy 35mm+ stanchions on the fork. Wide range drivetrain for climbing and descending Dropper post Weight is still a big consideration so tires, wheels, are lighter, etc. Typically full suspension, but there are a few hardtails that can fall into this category. Slacker head tube angle to favor descending. Example: Bronson 150mm 27. 5" Example: Megatower 160mm 29" Example: Nomad 170mm 27. 5" Trail Bike: The "right" bike for most people, can climb as well as it descends and good in nearly all locations except the craziest of trails. We will say 50/50 climb/descend capabilities. 120-150mm of travel typically. 32-35 mm fork stanchions Wide range drivetrain like the Enduro. overall shares a lot of the same traits as an enduro bike, just a little less capable for fast chunky downhill sections. Hardtail or full suspension. Slack head tube angle but not overly slack to still allow the bike to climb decently. Example: 5010 130mm 27. 5" Example: Hightower 140mm 29" Example: Tallboy 120mm 29" Example: Chameleon 120mm 27. 5+ or 29" Hardtail XC Bike: For me, these are strictly for racing or the very entry-level mtb. Excel at climbing and going fast. 60/40 or 70/30 climb-descend. They are not as much fun IMO in most situations. 0-120mm of travel 28-34mm fork stanchions typically Wide range gears and occasionally still 2x and 1x Steeper head tube angle for climbing over descending Example: Blur 100mm 29" Example: Highball 100mm 29" Hardtail That's some rough ever as we go through time, all these lines are getting more blurred. XC bikes are getting longer travel and slacker as they go as engineers learn how to make more efficient platforms. There are some other subcategories of bikes like free-ride and dirt jumpers. People also sometimes divide Enduro and All-Mountain into two categories, but to me, it becomes a little much. There is also the recent trend of down-country bikes, these are essentially long travel xc bikes that are still a blast to ride downhill but pedal really well and are fast on the climbs and XC type trails. I'm sure there are ones I'm missing, but these cover the basics. On that note, here are some details on different race types which usually goes along with the above bike types. Downhill/DH As the name implies these are strictly downhill races. There is one course and riders are given practice runs and typically get one official run to get their best time. These races always use downhill bikes as there is little to no uphill segments and the only real pedaling will be done to get more speed for the next feature or segment of trail. Enduro Enduro racing has its origin in long cross country (hence enduro/endurance) motocross racing. In mountain biking, an Enduro race is a stage race where only certain downhill segments are timed. These times are ranked and added up to determine the winner. In between these timed stages you have un-timed transfer stages in which you have to get to the next starting point. Although they are not timed in terms of your score, you do have a limit on how long it takes you to get to each stage. So for example, you may do 25 miles of riding, but only 5 miles of it may be timed the whole day. In Enduro racing, they typically use 150-180mm travel bikes. They are usually downhill focused but still have the ability to climb as I mentioned above. Prior to the "Enduro" format, these were typically called All-Mountain bikes or Freeride bikes. This is where the confusion comes in, as now some companies are dividing these up into their own separate categories. The only one I think that makes a bit of sense is Freeride which to me is essentially a slightly pedal-able DH bike. Cross-County/XC (Not to be confused with CX which is cyclocross) XC is the traditional race format in mountain biking. It involves varying length courses or circuits. It usually contains laps. All riders start at the same time (or group with similar skill level riders) and is really the only racing that involves passing when it comes to mountain biking. In general, this seems to be declining in popularity, however thanks to colleges and high schools starting their own NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association) clubs it seems to be making a resurgence and is great for the sport as a whole. Also of late more casual backcountry XC races are gaining popularity. Such as the ones put on by Epic rides. These are less competitive fun days on the bike. They are usually in varying lengths depending on what you choose and are not circuits. So for example in Bentonville, Ark they have the OZ Trail's offroad. This is either a 15, 30, 50 mile race and you typically never ride the same section of trail twice. In my opinion, these and enduro races are the most fun and casual days on the bike. In races like those put on by Epic rides, often time a trail bike is the best tool for the job. Why run 1x? In the last 5 years, nearly all mid to high range mountain bikes have gone to 1x drivetrains. There are many benefits to this. Pros Simpler shifting and setup. Not having to think about changing the front ring simplifies the riding experience and you don't have to mess around with adjusting a front derailleur which can be tricky. Fewer chain drops (assuming you're running a rear derailleur with a clutch or a chain retention device. Lighter weight More flexible frame design Cons Possible less range or greater space between gears. Modern 1x drive-trains can have a 500+ range which is plenty for just about everyone, but having a 2x system can allow you to have a similar range but with tighter jumps between gears. I only see this being needed if you doing a long gravel type race where you maintain a consistent cadence for a long time. Tire/Wheel Size First off, there is not a "best" wheel/tire size. It really comes down to personal preference. I personally have a trail bike with 27. 5 and love it, but my next bike will probably be a 29" full suspension trail bike just to try something new. If I were to go with an XC bike it would be a standard 29" bike. If I'm talking trail hardtail, It is a tough choice between a 29" and 27. 5+ bike. So this decision should be based on what you like, where you are riding, and what your goals for the bike are. Along with that, there has been a recent trend of mixed wheel size. Essentially running a 29" wheel up front with a 27. 5" in the rear. The theory is you get some of the best of both worlds. So whatever works for you, enjoy it! When it comes down to it though, there isn't a huge huge difference between the 3 main sizes. If you find a great deal or a bike you really like but wasn't the wheel size you anticipated, don't let that stop you. 29" 700c In the last few years, the industry has been shifting more towards 29er in nearly every type of mountain biking (XC, Trail, DC, etc. Pros Faster once up to speed and can maintain speed better Better attack angle when approaching obstacles Great for taller riders Cons Slower to accelerate Heavier, sometimes leading to a less flickable/playful bike. larger wheel can essentially change the final gearing of the bike. 11-42 might be plenty on a 27. 5" bike, but bump up to 29 and you might be wishing you had some more range. 27. 5" 650b In the early 2010s through now it was seen as a happy medium between the big 29er wheels and the older 26" Size. It's still very popular today, but as frames and geometries have advanced, 29er seems to again be gaining traction and seems to be the more popular size. Pros Lighter and quicker accelerating then 29er, but less so compared to 26" Sometimes it can lead to a more maneuverable playful bike feel. In a world were lots are going 29er, 27. 5 is often popular on smaller size frames or a good choice for the smaller rider. Cons Doesn't hold speed as well as 29er Lesser attack angle compared to a 29er 27. 5+ 650b+ 27. 5" is a 27. 5" wheel with a 2. 8" tire or bigger typically and often times have a wider rim such as 30mm or more internal diameter. They were really popular for a few years on both full suspension bikes and hardtails, but of late it seems to be fading a bit. I believe this is because standard 27. 5 and 29er bike have slowly been pushing wider rims and tire widths. 2. 6 seems to be the sweet spot. 5+ however, has seemed to find a home though on lots of trail-oriented hardtails like the Trek Roscoe, Diamondback Sync'r etc. Pros Ton's of grip in certain conditions, however, due to the wider footprint, sometimes these tires can float over loose conditions instead of biting like a narrower tire might. Can offer a rider more confidence than a normal skinny tire Some level of undamped suspension due to extra air volume in the bigger tires. This can be seen as a pro and a con. Often a bike that can run 27. 5+ tires/wheels can also run 29er's as well. Outer diameter is similar to a 29er, so better attack angle and can maintain speed quite well. Have limited fat bike properties like better in sand, snow etc. Cons Heavy, leading to slower acceleration and less playful bike. Larger volume tires tend to be less stable/supported. Due to this, high speeds and hard cornering forces can sometimes make tires behave unexpectedly. Along with this, they often times are easier to damage and less puncture resistant. Some may not like the level of grip it offers. Seems to be fading from the market a bit now that bikes, in general, seemed to have found a happy medium of large normal size wheels on bikes between 2. 5" and 2. 8" Other 26. Prior to 29er and 27. 5, 26" was the main wheel size for the trail, DH, and Cross country bikes. 26" hasn't really been in the picture for the last 10 years other than fat bikes, dirtjumpers, and Slopestyle bikes. Fatbike - Fatbike tires and wheels are usually on 26" rims, but typically are 3. 0" or larger in diameter. While these can be ridden on dirt and normal trails just fine, they really shine in the sand, snow, and other loose diverse conditions. Look at the 27. 5+ pro's and con's and just amplify those both. 29. Same as 27. 5+ but on a 29er wheel instead. The only example I can think of this is the Trek Stache and Full Stache. There are other sizes too for kids bikes, BMX, dirt jumping, cyclocross, etc but the ones above cover the main mtb standards. Understanding Mountain Bike Drivetrains Groupset Hierarchy First off, my opinion does come into this a bit as any sort of ranking is purely subjective. However, I tried to use weight and price to get the general ranking and using personal experience along with generalizing many reviews. I am personally a fan of SRAM, but the new 12 speed Shimano components are incredibly well made and offers amazing levels of performance. I gathered my prices and weights from a number of reviews and manufacturer websites. It was difficult to gather this information as it had to come from multiple sources and I can't guarantee it is all 100% accurate but I tried my best. SRAM Weight Price Shimano Weight Price XX1/X01 AXS Eagle 1594g/1644g 2000/1900. XTR 1644g 1385 XX1/X01 Eagle 1502g/1535 1381/1156. Deore XT 1749g 623 GX Eagle 1747g 495. SLX 1932g 410 NX Eagle 2050g 374. SX Eagle 2328g 338 Deore na na Some notes: I put X01 and XX1 on the same level. I understand some may disagree with this but XX1 is typically aimed more at XC/ultralight weight by having a few more carbon and titanium hardware along with some other minor tweaks, while X01 is arguably the more practical trail/enduro group. This is also reflected in how close the weight and price of these two groups are. When it comes to performance, I believe they are equal. Regarding Deore and SX Eagle, it can be difficult to rank these two. In my opinion, Deore is a more consistent, reliable, and higher performing group, but it's quite dated and is still being sold as a 2x10 group (can easily be made 1x) and has a max cassette range of 11-42 which I feel it holds it back. It needs to be updated. SX Eagle, on the other hand, has the benefit of being 11-50 and fully compatible with the rest of the Eagle lineup making upgrades easy. However, the reviews I have read of SX Eagle seem to say it is unrefined and doesn't offer great performance. This is why I put them on the same level as they are both lacking in different areas. Lastly, I did not include any non-current generation components in the table or the rest of this guide. The last generation drivetrains from both SRAM and Shimano are still great and relevant products. One major thing I missed mentioning above is Shimano's Di2 groupsets. Di2 is Shimano's electronic shifting and is offered at both the 11 speed XT and XTR levels. These groups still offer incredible performance but have not been updated in quite some time. The lack of Di2 on the new 12 speed groups from Shimano leaves Di2 mountain bike groupsets future in questions. I also failed to mention the lower end groups. Both Shimano and SRAM still offer lower-end mountain bike groupset for more budget-friendly bikes such as Shimano's Tourney, Altus, Acera, and Alivo and SRAM's X-3, X-5, X-7 and X-9 etc. While these will come on some lower-end bikes, most experienced riders wouldn't consider these trail-worthy drivetrains as they don't feature a clutch which helps with chain-retention, reduces chain slap, and allows for running a 1x setup without a chain guide. There are also some more niche drivetrains I didn't go into such as the downhill-specific groups like Saint and Zee from Shimano, SRAM's DH specific 7 speed X01, and e-bike specific groups like EX1 from SRAM There are other drivetrains manufacturers that are less common such as Rotor, Box, Microshift that offer some compelling options. The options that I'm most interested in are the new 9 speed drivetrains with clutches which I believe both Box and Microshift offer. These are compelling options for upgrading older bikes with (1, 2, 3)x9 drivetrains Recent drivetrain changes Mountain biking has gone through some drastic changes in the last 10 years and that doesn't exclude drivetrains. The most obvious change is the switch to 1x drivetrains. While riders have been experimenting with 1x setups for years, SRAM became the first company to make a from the ground up 1x groupset with there 2013 XX1 1x11 groupset. The keys to these 1x groupsets are the narrow-wide chainring which is a front chainring with alternating size teeth that fit into the alternating size links in the chain, wide-range cassettes (11-42 or larger) that give close to the same range as 2x drivetrains, and clutched rear derailleurs. Shimano was actually the first company to introduce a clutch on their 2x10 XTR drivetrain back in 2012 which helped reduce chain slap by holding the cage and chain tight, while still allowing smooth shifting. SRAM soon started adding to clutches to their drivetrains which allowed for the creation of their first OEM 1x groupset. In my opinion, if looking at both new, used, or upgrading your bike, I would not recommend any sort of drivetrain that does not feature a rear derailleur with a clutch. The most budget option that will get you these requirements is Shimano's M6000 group, SRAM's NX11 speed or SX Eagle, or one of the smaller brands like Box or Microshift who both offer 1x9 drivetrains. Shimano's Current MTB Lineup XTR 1x12 drivetrain M9100 - 1644g @ 1385. Technically also 2x12/2x11 options) Shimanos current flagship product. Introduced in 2018, it offers a 10-45 11 and 12 speed and 12 speed 10-51 rear cassettes. The 10-51 cassette offers slightly more range than SRAMs Eagle drivetrains. To fit these new cassettes with the 10t cog Shimano had to introduce there own freehub body standard known as Microspline. Microspline is essentially Shimano's answer to XD. Unfortunately, this means if you are looking to upgrade an older bike you will likely either need a new wheelset, hub, or at minimum a new freehub driver body. Most mainstream wheel/hub manufacturers have started offering Microspline, but you will need to research out if your hub is capable of the upgrade or an entirely new one will be needed. One of the key features of all the new 12 speed Shimano drivetrains is Hyperglide. This is the new chain and cassette technology that is supposed to drastically improve shifting under load. The features of this groupset trickle down through XT and SLX. This is arguably the best mechanical drivetrain on the market in terms of shifting performance. XT 1x12 drivetrain M8100 - 1749g @ 623 - Shimanos second-tier groupset. Introduced in 2019 with a 12 speed 10-45 and 10-51 and 2x is an option if that floats your boat. In general, this is widely considered the sweet point in Shimanos lineup. Giving you all the performance of XTR with a minor weight penalty and significant cost savings. SLX 1x12 drivetrain M7100 - 1932g @ 410 - Shimanos third tier groupset. Introduced the same time as XT with both 10-45 and 10-51 cassettes offered. This is Shimanos entry-level 12-speed drivetrain. Again, offers similar performance to XT with some ergonomic changes, fewer adjustments and refinement and again, more weight. One major change in this group is in the shifter. You lose the multi-release ability that XT and XTR have that allows you to upshift multiple gears with one lever throw. This is a great value groupset and probably the best choice for the serious recreational rider. Deore 2x10 drivetrain M6000 - Shimanos true entry-level mountain bike group. This is an older group but offers great value and respectable performance. Its the first group from Shimano to offer real off-road capability by offering a wide range and clutched rear derailleur to prevent chain drop and slap. Thanks to this clutch it can easily be set up as 1x even though it is not specifically sold as such in a complete groupset. I am unsure of the exact weight or price, but you can easily piece together a Deore drivetrain for under 200. This is my go-to group for building up older or lower-end bikes. The clutched rear derailleur and standard HG freehub body 10-speed cassettes make it an easy upgrade on lots of bikes. It can accept up to an 11-42 cassette. This is plenty of range for the price. General Shimano notes - In general, Shimano is more known for there smoother less direct feeling drivetrain. They also offer slightly different ergonomics. On SRAM shifting its all down with the thumb, on Shimano you can use both your thumb and index fingers to shift and the finger levers move in both directions to accommodate different shifting positions. On XT and XTR you also get the benefit of being able to upshift and downshift multiple cogs with a single lever throw. On lower-end Shimano and all SRAM groups, when going into a harder/higher gear it's one-click for one cog. It should also be noted that all of Shimano's 11 and 12-speed groupsets are fully compatible with other components of the same speed. Meaning you could run a 12 speed XT shifter with a 12-speed SLX drivetrain to get the multi-release shifting without spending the money for a full XT groupset. SRAMs Current Lineup XX1 and X01 Eagle - 1x12 drivetrain only with a 10-50 cassette. XX1 Eagle 1502g @ 1381- X01 Eagle 1534g @ 1157 - XX1 and X01 are SRAMs flagship mountain bike drivetrains. XX1 was introduced in 2016 and was the first 1x12 drivetrain on the market. I put XX1 and X01 together into the same level of performance with just different target markets. XX1 is slightly more expensive and slightly lighter. This is mainly accomplished by a few more carbon components and titanium hardware and some other minor tweaks. XX1 is typically aimed at XC and those searching for the ultimate lightweight options. X01 is a little cheaper but offers the same level of performance as XX1 with an arguably more durable and slightly heavier groupset. To back up this claim, if you look at SRAM XC guys they will be running XX1, but if you watch something like the Enduro World Series (EWS) the top guys will usually be running X01. If XX1 offered a performance advantage, the greatest riders in the world would be riding it. As with Shimanos 12-speed group, most Eagle cassettes require SRAM's own special freehub body, known as an XD driver on the rear wheel hub. This allows for the 10t cogs on GX, X01, and XX1 cassettes. GX Eagle - SRAM mainstream group. GX Eagle 1747g @ 495 - 1x12 drivetrain with 10-50 cassette just like the top of the line options. GX benefits from a direct trickle-down technology from the top. Some of the major difference is the non-adjustable shifter lever using a bushing instead of a bearing, aluminum crank arms as opposed to the carbon crank arms on X01/XX1 and the cassette is pinned together as opposed to machined out of a solid block of aluminum resulting in 90g weight increase but much cheaper manufacturing process. As usual, there is a weight penalty, fewer refinements and adjustability compared to the top end groups but with massive cost savings. I feel this is the sweet spot in their lineup for the serious recreational rider. NX Eagle - Slightly lower-end mainstream 1x12 option. NX Eagle 2050g @ 375 - The major difference with this group is the cassette. Instead of running a 10-50 XD based cassette you instead are given an 11-50 cassette that fits on a standard Shimano-HG freehub body. This cassette is also part of what makes NX much heavier than the higher-end groups. The NX crankset is made of 6000 series alloy as opposed to the lighter 7000 series alloy on the GX group and it has a lot more plastic parts on the shifter and derailleur such as an all-plastic shifter instead of carbon or alloy on the higher models. On the plus side, NX Eagle is a really good option for upgrading older bikes. For the most part, any semi-modern mountain bike can run NX Eagle drivetrain without needing to upgrade your wheelset with a modern XD freehub body. SX Eagle - SRAMs entry-level 1x12 drivetrain. SX Eagle 2328g @ 330 - Very similar to NX but as with each tier you go down, less refined, heavier etc. While I haven't ridden this one myself yet, the early reviews are not fantastic. Its only benefit is that it allows easy upgrades to nicer Eagle components. Ill be honest, I dont really know why this group exists other then allowing OEMs to hit certain price points with their bikes as it is slightly cheaper. This has become a hot topic for people in recent years since even the release of NX. Bikes that the previous year were coming with GX11 or even GX Eagle started coming with NX, then SX for seemingly the same price they were the year before. Some people blame this on higher tariffs. We can save that discussion for another post. SRAM Eagle AXS - XX1 AXS 1595g @ 2000 and X01 AXS 1642g @ 1900 - AXS (pronounced access) is the name for SRAMs new 12 speed wireless components including electronic drivetrains and other wireless components. They offer Eagle AXS X01 and XX1 drivetrains. These are the premier SRAM products and the price shows it. SRAM Notes: In general, having ridden both Shimano and SRAM on a regular basis, SRAM has more positive feedback when shifting. The clicks are confident and you really feel the bike shift into every gear. If you are looking for more details, here is an excellent article comparing NX, GX, X01, and XX1 Eagle drivetrains. Also, it should be noted that all SRAM 11-speed components and SRAM Eagle 12 speed components are compatible with each other respectively. One common thing people do for example is to have a GX Eagle groupset but will run an X01 Eagle shifter. You can mix and match the entire range from SX Eagle all the way up to XX1. Final Notes Here are just some general drivetrain notes that I couldn't really decide where to fit in elsewhere in this guide. First off is compatibility between groupset manufacturers. Chains and cassettes as long as they are the same speed will work with each other. Crankset's are even more open. Since 10-speed drivetrains came out (possibly even earlier) the internal spacing of the chain hasn't changed so chainrings are pretty flexible. I personally run an Eagle chainring with my 11 speed SRAM setup. So you, for example, could run a Shimano 12 speed shifter and derailleur with a SRAM crankset and XD SRAM GX cassette. While it is true you may get better performance running all matching components, i. e. You won't get the full benefit of Hyperglide+ if you aren't using a SRAM cassette and chain with your Shimano shifters and derailleurs) but it will work in a jam. One really common situation that this may come up is when talking about cassettes which I will go into more detail on shortly. Here is a real-life example of why someone may do this. My friend just built up a new bike 27. 5+ Canfield hardtail. He decided to go with the new XT 12-speed group, but the wheelset he was using had a XD driver and the hub manufacturer did not offer a Microspline freehub body/driver. To allow him to use this wheelset without the extremely expensive cost of a new hub and relacing a wheel, he purchased a SRAM GX Eagle cassette. It is working perfectly fine without any issues with his XT group. So let's talk cassettes and freehub body/drivers. Shimano/SRAM HG driver body - First off, the most common and traditional freehub body is the Shimano/SRAM HG freehub body. Up until the introduction of XD and Microspline it was really the only one in modern bikes. For the most part, all HG driver bodies are the same when it comes to mountain biking (there are differences when it comes to 11-speed road, but that's off-topic) which is great as it meant SRAM, Shimano, and other cassette builders all worked on the same wheelsets/hubs. So what this means you could interchange cassette manufacture all you like without really any downsides. To this day there are still many cassettes coming with this standard. All cassettes 7-10 speed and non-SRAM XD 11-speed cassettes will fit on this freehub body. Also, SRAM's lower end 11 speed and Eagle 12 speed SX and NX cassettes also fit on this. This is great news for people with older bikes. It gives them the option of upgrading to a modern high-end drivetrain without needing a new hub. You could put NX Eagle on pretty much any bike you want. It also opens up the new Shimano drivetrains to people as well as you could run an NX Eagle or another wide range HG cassette such as those made by Sunrace with your new SLX/XT/XTR drivetrain. SRAM XD driver body - This as I mentioned above is SRAM's driver standard. The reason for the new standard was to allow a smaller cog then 11t. It was released in 2013 with XX1 11 speed which ran a 10-42 cassette. That one tooth reduction offered more top end and a wider range without having to make a much bigger cassette and added weight. It is an open platform that companies besides SRAM can use as well. e13, Sunrace, Garbaruk, and possibly others all now make XD cassettes. Some companies such as e13 are pushing the boundary even more by offering a 9 tooth cog on some cassettes. I personally am currently running a 9-46 e13 Trs+ 11-speed cassette which actually gives me a wider range than 12 speed Eagle does. Shimano Microspline driver body - Introduced in 2018 with the release of XTR 12 speed, as SRAM did with XD, Microspline allows the running of a 10t cog instead of the 11t of the older HG cassettes. This tech has trickled down to XT and SLX as well, meaning if you want to run a true Shimano 12 speed group with the benefit of Hyperglide+ you will need to have a hub that has or accepts a Microspline driver. Due to its recent release, I am unsure of any companies beyond Shimano offering Microspline cassettes. I'm sure it's only a matter of time.

DOWNHILL Wherewith watch online thevideo What Time… WAtch CArlTOncinema, Downhill full movie to watch. My Story (Male 17) January 17th, 2020 marks 90 Days of NoFap/No PMO. October 19th, 2019 was the last day I relapsed. I swore to myself that I would never relapse again. Im surprised Ive made it this far. My previous record was 14 days; these 90 days make 14 days look like nothing. I created this account as soon as I hit Day 30 –November 18th, 2019 – with the sole purpose of documenting my journey and struggles. Day 60 was on December 18th, 2019. I started masturbating at the age of 11; I was in Grade 7. It quickly developed into a problem. I could not continue my day if I didnt masturbate. I started with childish things Google Images, Instagram, etc. I didnt delve into porn until I was toward the end of Grade 8. It was downhill from there. I started watching vanilla sex; at first, it was disgusting. Eventually, I convinced myself what I was doing was normal. This continued till grade 9. Then one day, while spending hours and hours searching through some websites, I found anal pornography. Ill spare you all the details, but for years I grew accustomed to that particular type of pornography. What would I do when I was bored? Open my computer and spend hours aimlessly searching for videos, just looking for the next “best” thing. I created this idea of what “sex” was in my head. I remember spending hours sometimes only in my room, door locked, headphones plugged in, and just watching that filth. I had convinced myself that what I was doing was normal. I created so many different accounts on websites – sites with only anal pornography. I created accounts on Reddit and Instagram for the sole purpose of saving, uploading, and sharing videos and photos. Fast forward to grades 10 and 11, and this addiction spiraled out of control. It had become even worse. Id come home from school, and the first thing Id do was open my phone – where I had hundreds of videos saved – and being watching and masturbating. I remember on multiple occasions where if I werent getting aroused by one video, Id open multiple videos on two monitors, and Id begin masturbating to that filth. It should be said that throughout the years I tried on and off to stop my addiction, but I had convinced myself that what I was doing was normal (It was also around this time I began to suffer from PIED, but as I continued to find the next “best thing” which sort of delayed the effects of the PIED. Then around May 2019, I made the abrupt decision to stop. I did no planning, no research about NoFap, I just woke up, and something clicked in me (Mainly since I had two months of exams coming up. I opened my phone and hesitantly deleted several apps that were filled with pornography. I opened Reddit, and Instagram deleted my throwaway accounts. Then plugged in my hard disk into my computer and removed hundreds of GB of anal pornography. I moved to the downloads folder and cleared everything. Dropbox, Google Drive, all cleared. Just writing about this now disgusts me. The first week was easy; I was preoccupied with studying for my exams. Then the stress kicked in. I relapsed on my 14th day. I felt like trash. I was demotivated, tired, and stressed. But given this, I put one foot in front of the other and started again. It was around this time that I discovered NoFap. I began watching videos of other peoples experiences and tips. I had yet to create a Reddit account to join r/NoFap. Like many of you suffering from a porn and masturbation addiction, I relapsed a countless number of times. It got to the point where I went on a “relapse streak” for almost two weeks (During this period, I reinstalled all my previously deleted apps and reactivated all my accounts. Why might you be asking? My reasoning was: What if I missed out on my favorite anal pornography content? What if my favorite anal pornography content creator was producing new clips and scenes? What if I miss on a actresss scenes. I still did not give up, I started NoFap again. I deleted all those filthy applications, yet again. Fast forward early September. Im feeling great, motivated, and productive. I was still a little stressed out because I had an exam next month. I was sitting at my desk studying, with my laptop and books in front of me. Some old scenes played back in my head, and without hesitation, I launched a new tab on my laptop, pushed all my books aside, and began watching and masturbating. When I relapsed, it was unbelievable; it was euphoric. I was in a dream-like state. Then I realized what I had done, and an overwhelming feeling of guilt and shame flooded my body. I relapsed, again, on my 14th day, all for what? A few seconds of meaningless “pleasure”? Life continues, and I relapsed again on October 19th, 2019. After a 7-day streak. I swore to myself, “that was the last goddamn time Id ever relapse. ” Im happy to report that was the last time I ever relapsed, and here I am, writing my success story. It was a long and challenging journey. I suffered from flashbacks of old scenes I used to spend hours watching. I was demotivated, sluggish, and just unproductive. My mood was continually fluctuating. Some days Id be the nicest guy on the planet and others I was the devil, fueled by anger. There is this once specific time Ill never forget. I was sitting in class taking notes, and out of nowhere, I received this massive headache from a flashback. But I persisted. During this period, I did “edge” for about 2 weeks, but I have since then stopped. Benefits: More Motivation: I am very motivated almost every day. The motivation does take time to kick in, and it depends on the individual. Ive seen people do one week of NoFap and feel a surge of motivation. While others, myself included, take a lot more time. For me, I experienced substantial motivation surges at every milestone (20 Days, 30 Days, 60 Days, and 90 Days. I began to feel consistently motivated after Day 60. More Productive: This relates to the previous point: the more motivated you are, therefore, the more productive youll be. Ive started reading books a lot more, which Ill talk about later on. More Confident: I can maintain eye contact with other people much longer. Ive got a firmer handshake and a more deep-seated, clearer voice. Ive made myself more approachable. Happiness: I am a much happier person. I used to stay at home and avoid all social contact, which, as a result, destroyed my social life. I now enjoy the little things in life like walks in the park – which might sound stupid. Going to the gym and hanging out with friends, simple things are much more enjoyable. Increased Concentration: I more able to concentrate on a specific task while studying, which helps me get done with things more quickly. Increased Sensitivity: Yeah, you read this correctly. As a result of my continued pornography and masturbation abuse, I, like many of you, suffer from PIED. The science is complicated, but essentially you desensitize your penis as a result of friction and damage blood vessels and nerves. But for young people reading this, there is hope. Ive noticed recently that Ive started experiencing “partial erections” (40% 70% Hardness) and an increase in sensitivity in my penis. Ive also noticed that I can maintain these “partial erections” for long periods. It should be noted that I am a virgin. Girth: This could be my brain playing tricks on me, but as mentioned in the previous point, Ive started experiencing “partial erections. ” When and if I do experience them, Ive come to notice that my penis girth has seemingly increased not by a substantial amount, but large enough to be noticed by me. Again, this could be because my brain is playing tricks on me because the last time I experience a “full erection” was on October 19th, 2019, my last relapse. Seeing this motivates me even more. Muscle Growth: Ive fixed my diet and have been going to the gym regularly. I am seeing significant muscle growth and fat loss. Clearer Skin: My face used to be covered in acne but has cleared up ever since I started NoFap. I do not believe NoFap is not responsible for clearing my acne, but it helped alongside a clean diet, drinking lots of water, and the daily use of face wash. Tips: Identify what causes you to relapse and remove it from your life: For me, it was my phone and computer. All it would take was to get bored and to open a private window and start searching for my “favorite” porn. Or I would connect my hard disk and start watching videos. Id even open Instagram/Reddit and have a selection of videos that I saved ready for viewing. I call this the “trigger. ” So, I insist that you identify what causes your “trigger” – whether its Facebook, Reddit, and or Instagram – and remove it from your device(s. If your “trigger” is sitting alone in your room while working/studying, then move your items to the living room or dining room. Be prepared to delete all your accounts: PornHub, Xvideos, XHamster, throwaway Instagram and Reddit accounts, you know them all. Delete every single one. If youre committed to this cause and to healing your life, I urge you to delete them ASAP. Dealing with pornographic flashbacks: I suffered tremendously with this. The flashbacks lasted almost 2-3 weeks. It was the only thing on my mind. Honestly, I found that whenever confronted with these, start doing push-ups to failure. It may not completely clear your mind, but I found that it does help. Alternatively, I recommend walking outside whenever the thought of a flashback appears in your head or move to a different room in your house. Get a Calendar: A simple Google Search for January 2020 Calendar (or any of the coming months) will yield many results. Download one and start marking the days. Remember, make the days count, do not count the days! Set realistic goals: Its good to enter NoFap with a huge goal. But start by setting a realistic, achievable goal for yourself. I recommend starting with 14 Days. Once you reach it, youll feel unstoppable. As the days continue, adjust your goals as necessary. Remember that these goals shouldnt be isolated to only NoFap, they should extend to other aspects of your life like working out, starting a new hobby, etc. Get busy doing something you enjoy: For me, I found that reading is a new hobby of mine. Ive started reading a lot more. I recently just finished Cal Newports Digital Minimalism: Choosing a Focused Life in a Noisy World. As soon as I finished that book, I picked up another one: How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie. Find what you love and stick to it. Try going to the gym this weekend, try swimming, jogging, or start painting. Fix your diet: I cannot stress how important this is. By fixing your diet, youll help yourself in the short and long term. Youll feel energized, happy, and motivated – this varies based on the individual. Stay Hydrated: Again, I cannot stress how important this is. If you want to have a clear mind and want to stay focused, drink water, lots of it. I went from drinking less than 500 ml (17 fl. oz) to drinking more than 1. 5 liters (51 fl. oz) of water a day. And let me tell you it really helps. Youll probably be going to the bathroom a lot more than usual, but youll get over it. Spend some time alone: This may seem to contradict one of my previous points, but in Cal Newports book, he emphasizes the importance of spending some time in solitude, free of input from any other mind. I recommend going out for a late-night walk, alone, for 30-45 minutes every weekend. Youll find that your mind becomes “stronger, ” and your willpower will increase 10-fold. Dealing with PIED and Flatline: I am personally still experiencing the effects of PEID, Ive only recently started experiencing “partial erections. ” This, I believe, is the effects of PEID slowly beginning to wear off. Regarding the flatline I cant think of any tips thatll be beneficial. The flatline is a normal process and you should be ready to experience it. It absolutely sucks but think of the end goal. What are you working towards? A better life. Just stay strong and keep persevering. NoFap Urges Graph: I created an excel spreadsheet designed to monitor my Urges throughout my NoFap Journey – linked below. In the X-Axis, you have Time in Days, and the Y-Axis you have Strength of the urges, where 10 is the strongest urge, and 0 is no urges at all. I've also linked a scatter plot with a line of best fit more clearly showing the decrease in urges. There was some misunderstanding regarding the Y-Axis in my last post, so Id like to make it clear. I classified “Urges” as – An urge to return to masturbating and watching pornography. Not a sexual urge like seeing an attractive lady and immediately wanting to be with her, that on the other hand, is normal. Line Graph Scatter-plot Gentlemen, and lady, I want to conclude this by saying you can do this: You will do this. If youre dedicated to changing your life for the better, then youll avoid relapsing in all situations. It is possible. Repeat after me: I will optimize my life. I will change it. I will change for the better. “ Youd be surprised what you can live without ” – Dr. Gregory House -A Edit: Forgot to add Cold Showers, Making your bed every morning and Keeping the environment around you clean: Cold Showers: Ive been taking cold showers every day for the past 44 days. The showers are beneficial when it comes to eliminating those urges. Ive also noticed a lot of health benefits, which are but are not limited to, significantly reduced urges and flashbacks, increased motivation; I can maintain eye contact with people for much more extended periods. Ive got a firmer handshake. The small things in life are more pleasurable: like playing sports with friends or going out for a walk. Making your bed every morning: This may seem like a small one, but it does help. Try making your bed every morning, and youll feel happier. When you come home from school or work, youll find a welcoming, comfortable bed waiting for you. Youre productive! Keeping the environment around you clean: My father once told me: “ The environment you work in reflects whats going on in your brain. If you have a clean room, youll have a clear mind. Vice versa. ” And to some extent he was right. For years Id barely keep my room tidy. I believe that lack of cleanliness lead to me relapsing repeatedly. Every time Id clean it, it would fall apart the next day. Everything was disorganized, I would never find anything whenever I needed it. Until recently, I cleaned my room, organized my clothes, and cleaned my desk. Life has been great. Im more focused and productive. Whenever I need something, I can find it with ease. Additionally, I still have social anxiety (from years of seclusion) and am terrible when it comes to talking to specifically opposite sex. But I believe that the book Im currently reading, How to Win Friends and Influence People, will help.

I grew up in a dysfunctional household. I don't want to get too much into the details, but my parents were unstable and mostly fighting until they separated. My two siblings and I had been emotionally, psychologically and physically abused. We had no feeling of safety or well-being in our home. It felt like a very loveless home too. And on top of all of that, financial worries were a constant, and my mother would always broadcast that worry to us. It was a very stressful experience and I was robbed of a decent childhood. Overall my parents were horrible for each other and should never have had children. They brought us into a world of pain and suffering, and didn't provide us with a good life. The childhood years were very, very, very unsatisfying. I have always been a sensitive person The experience growing-up was very overwhelming on my nervous system. I suffered from almost daily migraines as a child. I felt emotionally frozen, I lacked social skills, and it was difficult for me to make friends or rely on anyone. not just because I lacked the social skills needed to be a good friend, but also because my home was not a place I would ever bring good people (because our home environment was toxic and embarassing. In elementary school I would befriend my classmates, and I would have enough of a social life that I didn't have to worry. But by the time I was in middle school, I was already feeling isolated like nobody liked me. As I went into high school, this feeling got worse with each year, until I was completely disowned by my peers at the age of 15-16ish. There was nothing worse than feeling alone and isolated, being rejected by my peers. Going to school was an anxiety inducing experience where I didn't feel welcome. Going home each night, I felt so tired of my life. There was nothing positive or satisfactory about it already, and now that I was disowned by my peer group, I just felt completely like I had absolutely no reason to live. Life was misreable for me I was suffering silently. I didn't feel like I had anyone I could talk to about my problems. Back then, I also didn't understand that there was any other way of life. This was the only life I knew, I didn't know that other people had a better life experience, that other people had loving families, that I could talk to a therapist or councillor about my feelings. So to me, it just felt like a very hopeless situation, but I didn't know that it wasn't normal. I started seriously thinking about suicide and my options to do so. It was an obsession, a compulsion on a daily basis. I dreamed of walking in front of a public transit bus on my way home from school. The problem with suicide was. Having grown-up in a catholic household, I was worried that if I killed myself, there was the possibility of eternal damnation. Because catholicism claims that if you commit suicide, that's you rejecting your most precious gift from god, and therefore you will go to hell for eternity for this desecration. By this age, I was already starting to notice a lot of inconsistencies in catholicism. When I was 12, I had stopped going to church, I was the first of my siblings to stand-up for myself and opt-out. So by the age of 15-16, I was already not attending church at all. But having grown-up with those beliefs and having gone to catholic schools, I was still worried, What if catholicism is right. If I kill myself, it might be a critical mistake. Eternity is a long time. It's just not worth it. So I still fantasized about suicide, but because of my fear of hell, I wasn't ready to go through with it. Then one Saturday morning As I was waking up in my bedroom and looking at the ceiling, I noticed the sun was coming through the window. But I felt there was a problem. My heart stopped beating. I couldn't breath. I tried to bang on the floor of my bedroom to get help, but my body was not responding. I knew that this was it. I was going to die. When you are dying, you know the feeling, it's unmistakenable. Still terrified of damnation, I remembered my catholic teachings, that even if you lived a life of sin, on your deathbed as long as you repent and ask Jesus to save you, you will get into heaven. So there I was, unable to speak, but screaming in my mind, Jesus forgive me! Save me! yadda yadda. It didn't take long I got sucked through a beam of white light. Other people who have reported an NDE describe it as a tunnel of white light. To me, it felt more like a drinking straw (notice I used the term "sucked through" earlier, like you would slurp a drink. The reason I say that is because I instantly noticed. I'm too big to fit. I'll have to leave this body behind to get through. So I could actually feel myself getting sucked-out of my body, and it was an incredible experience, because the body was a heavy, emotionally depressing burden. The next moment. I found myself on the other side. I had left my heavy, sad, depressed body behind. All that emotional baggage was separated from me. Now I felt perfectly weightless and free. It felt like taking off a tight shoe after a long walk, except this tight shoe was my body. It was whole and satisfying relief to be free from that body. I perceived myself to be floating above the Earth, it seemed like the distance to the moon perhaps, that's how small the Earth now appeared as I observed it in a distance. But I was in a place of pure bliss. Surrounded by a cloud of perfectly satisfying love. There was absolutely no sense of lack in this moment. I felt whole and complete. I felt easy and weightless. I felt happy and joyful. I immediately recognized this place, I have been here before. I remember that I have been here recently too, but when I was sent back, the memory was taken away from me. I've been here frequently, it's not a rare occurence. Beside me I noticed two beings I could feel their presence, but they did not necessarily have any shape. One seemed smaller and did not speak, just observed. But the other seemed larger, wiser, and was the one communicating with me. I felt like I knew them in some way, I felt that they knew me too, it's just that I couldn't remember who they were. But I knew that the big one was my guide or someone who has been keeping track of me. I mean, they both knew everything about my life, but the big one felt like he might have been a representative for me. But unlike other people who had an NDE, neither of them would I describe as Jesus or God. They were just really powerful, wise, and loving beings. The guide began communicating with me The communication was not with words, it was through instant thought-blocks. The moment the communication started, it felt like every moment I was downloading not just individual words or sentence, but entire concepts & ideas. Even more than that, these thought-blocks included EVERYTHING. memories of the Earthly events that inspired the intention for the thought-block, the feelings I had when I experienced that event, as well as how these beings felt as they observed me having that experience. These thought-blocks were instant, conveyed huge amounts of information, and they were so complete that there was no room for mis-understanding (like we do here on Earth when we mis-communicate and have frustrating conversations with someone. As we communicated, I got a sense that these beings appreciated me deeply and fully, and had great reverance for me. And I felt great reverance for these beings, for the empathy they had for me, and I was impressed with their wisdom and knowledge. The first topic of discussion The being started by showing me that they had been observing how unhappy I was in my life. They showed me the memory and emotion of my life experiences, of the sadness, hopelessness, despair, lack of satisfaction. And as they showed me this memory and my feelings in that moment, they also showed me how seeing me in that experience made them feel very sad. They could see that I was stuck, and this was causing me a lot of suffering and pain. And they felt great sympathy for the pain I was experiencing, because they didn't want me to continue suffering, they wanted me to feel the tremendous love (like I was feeling in their presence right then. So after showing me this memory, the guide told me. we do not want you to suffer, we see you are in great pain, do you want to stay here or do you want to go back [to Earth. suggesting that they can now free me from the suffering) They knew I wanted to kill myself, and they were offering me a less messy option. They gave me the choice to leave my body. And as they communicated this, they simultaneously showed me an understanding. there is no such thing as hell. They showed me that they have nothing but appreciation for me and all living beings, that they feel nothing but unconditional love for me, and they want me to know this love fully. And they showed me that hell is a human-made concept, created from a human perspective of fear and not-knowing of the love of god. As I basked in this loving energy, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that this was true, that such a loving being would never reject its own creation, and in fact, felt great sympathy for the ones that were so lost and that suffered as a result. Thinking if I should leave this world. As I considered my choice, I instantly remembered my pre-birth intention. I remembered that before I was born, I had a group of joker-type friends and we watched the world from this similar top-down perspective above the Earth. And those from our group would decide to take physical form, and we would see them be born into the world, and it was a competitive-like feeling. we wanted to see who could go the longest before they got lost in the Earth indoctrination process (and subsequently, forget about their divine non-physical nature. We would be laughing hysterically as we watched our friends get lost and make really bad decisions, like "oh man, can't believe he did that. sort of thing. Because just moments earlier, he was right here beside us, saying "alright guys, I could do way better than you, just watch. so confident in himself. And just moments later, we would watch as he had absolutely no more memory or recollection of his divine nature, completely believing that he was this physical body, and that there was nothing but this physical realm (thinking that there was nothing after death, no god, etc. But as we continued to watch, I felt great sympathy for my friends. I watched so many people on this planet losing their way, and resulting in a lot of suffering, pain, despair. Overall, it looked like the state of the world was going downhill too, lots of unrest and fighting. It was really affecting me, and I felt great sympathy for the people. So that was when I set my pre-birth intention. I said, I will go into this physical world, and I will take physical form, but I will never forget who I am. I will remember my divine nature, and I will help others to remember their own divine nature too, so that they can be freed from the bondage and enjoy life the way it was meant to be enjoyed. So there I was, given the option to leave. Realizing that I had in fact lost my way too, and I had forgotten about my purpose. My childhood was just too painful. And with the medical condition (migraines) the loveless household, the religious indoctrination, the emotional and physical abuse, the lack of friends, the lack of satisfaction in my life, I just felt so traumatized and hopeless by the experience, that there never seemed like an opportunity for me to be true to myself. (But I give myself credit that at the age of 12, I knew that religion was bullshit, I had enough connection to my intuitive guidance to feel that was true. so my intuition was there all along, I just wasn't paying enough attention to it all those years, and I didn't have the courage to act on my internal guidance at that time. So remembering my pre-birth intention, I just felt like I wasn't done. I felt there was more that I wanted to do (I also didn't want to die as a virgin, because I wanted to experience sex at least once in my life. Making a decision. So I decided that I would go back, but with conditions. I would only go back if the beings would allow me to keep the memory of our interaction. Because growing up, I remembered that I had this interaction with these loving beings before too. I remember at least two interactions prior. at the age of 7, and another around the age of 11 (in this incident, I think I may have actually died and been sent back to a parallel timeline, because I remember seeing my mother grieving my loss and I felt bad, I remember saying "I should go back" and they told me "you can't go back into that one, it's already been decided in that timeline, we'll have to put you somewhere else" But each time I was sent back, they took the memory of our interaction away from me! Every time I had the experience, I felt like "wow, this is the most amazing thing ever, I need to tell all my friends and family about it, it would especially help my family that is going through so much difficulty. I remember feeling super-excited every time, ready to go back and to tell the whole world. that there is no death, that there is an afterlife, and it's beautiful and the unconditional love feelings amazing. that it's the best thing since sliced bread. But then I would go back into my body, and as I would awake, I remember feeling this burning desire to tell everyone something really, really important. But each time as I tried to remember what that was, I would only see a blank white light where my memory was supposed to be. So as I was having this interaction now, I knew that they were planning to take this memory away from me again. And I said. THE ONLY WAY I'm going back is if you let me keep the memory. Because I'm not going to go back, only to be lost again! It's too painful not knowing who I am. You need to let me keep the memory. And they agreed. But then I remembered how much hardship there was because of the financial situation. And I added, And I don't want to worry about money anymore, I also don't want to have to work" especially because at this point of my life, I was feeling a lot of difficulty in getting a job. And they seemed to agree, although I'm still waiting on that part of the agreement. (Years later, I did end up working as a software developer earning more than 100K a year, never going to university or earning a degree to do it. But it has been difficult and stressful work, and I still don't feel like the money has been sufficient, especially lately with the real-estate prices growing so far out of proportion with salaries. so I'm still expecting more ease in this domain of my life) Moments later, I was back in my bedroom. My eyes opened and I could see the ceiling again. As I centered-back into my body, I was just completely blown-away by the experience that I just had. There was this huge "wooooow" feeling resonating in my body. I couldn't believe they let me keep the memory, I was expecting them to take it away again. My first thought was "they let me keep it, holy shit. I was completely lucid of everything that had just happened, I ran over to my computer (which was a few steps away from my bed, a desktop with a bulky-monitor circa 2003) and quickly typed-down all the details from my experience. I wanted to write down every single detail, because I never wanted to forget. After I finished typing, I walked downstairs to find my sister watching TV in the living room. I asked her, didn't you hear me banging on the floor of my bedroom. She said, nope, it's been completely quiet all morning. I said, well, I just died in my sleep, had a conversation with god about my life, they offered me the chance to leave my body but I decided to come back, and then they let me keep the memory of our interaction, so I ran to my computer and wrote it all down. She was just like "wow, that sounds trippy. After-math of my experience There was no immediate improvement in my life after my NDE, but I felt like I didn't need to run-away anymore. Life felt more manageable now. I remember that after I came back, I was finally free of the worry of hell and eternal damnation. In fact, I felt a lot of rage against religion for putting me in that position in the first place. Whenever anyone would question my not following of them to church, I would openly share that catholicism is a distortion of truth, and express my absolute hatred for organized religion. I didn't feel inclined to share my NDE story with my immediately family, because I didn't feel any connection to any of my family members. At school I didn't have any friends, so I didn't share my experience with them either. It was this thing that happened, but it happend for me. not for anyone else. I didn't know how to integrate it back into my life, I didn't even see it as something that I would share with the world (being that I was still young, uncertain in myself, and with social anxiety and no social skills. I just went on living my life day by day, taking things less seriously, and just focused on graduating high school. There was this thought at the back of my mind that said "if it gets too much, it's ok, because none of this will matter once high school is over. it seems big and important now, but the moment you leave school, none of this will matter anymore. So that thought kept me going through periods of loneliness and hardship. Years later. So up to this point in my life, the only spiritual teachings I had known were the catholic doctrine. In later years of high school, I also had a world religions class that briefly spoke about the other religions, like Buddhism, Islam, Judaism, Sikhism, Zoroastrianism, but not in much detail or conviction. I started spending time on online philosophy forums, specifically around that time MySpace was popular, so that's where I went for discussion (this was pre-reddit era, around the time that Digg was still the most popular social aggregator. One day I was having a discussion about some topic, and somebody mentioned "The Secret. They personally messaged me with a link where I could watch it online. That night I watched the whole thing and was blown away. Something about "The Secret" really resonated with me. It seemed to make a lot of sense to me, considering the negative environment that I had grown-up in had filled my head with a lot of self-deprecating and negative beliefs and thought patterns. It seemed to make sense that if I wanted a better life, I would have to start reaching for thoughts that were different. Then a couple weeks or months passed, and again someone messaged me directly on MySpace, but this time they told me to watch "The Secret Behind The Secret. Again, I had a link to watch it online somewhere. This is when I knew I was on to something. Everything that was talked about in "The Secret Behind The Secret" was a direct reflection of my NDE. This was the first time that I recognized that another human being knew about the other side and what it is like. That DVD was my introduction to the New Age community. Since then, I have learned about a lot of the different teachers and concepts. Today I have a much more complete understanding of the physical reality and its connection to Source and the non-physical, I understand a lot more of the concepts and have a better lexicon so that I can share my story. But back when I had my NDE I didn't know anything about New Age or Spirituality. At most, I had seen Buddhism mentioned in The Simpons, I knew it was popular with celebrities. But I lived in a very sheltered world, I didn't even know there was an entire section called New Age / Self-Help at the library or in the book store. It was there all those years, I was just completely unaware that it even existed. But in a way, I'm happy that I didn't know about any of that. Because if I had known about those concepts back when I had my NDE, I would have thought that the NDE was just a dream based on all the things I had learned in the books. But this way, knowing how completely different my NDE was from my religious indoctrination, there was no shadow of doubt in my mind that the experience was real. More real than physical reality As other people who had an NDE explain, it feels realer than this physical reality, and it felt like going back home. One moment of being present in that shower of pure love is more satisfying than the most satisfying experience you've had in your entire life on this planet. Think back to your most satisfying experience ever. maybe it was the most delicious meal that you've ever had, or your best sex ever. Take that feeling and multiply it to infinity, such that the feeling never goes away, and it is just as satisfying tomorrow, and next year, as it is right now. That's what it's like being on the other side. So then when you are asked, hey buddy, would you like to go back to Earth where you'll inevitably experience suffering and pain. THAT'S NOT AN EASY DECISION TO MAKE! You must willingly leave the comfort of this beautiful place that you known as home, the place of your greatest comfort and joy, knowing that your experience will be much less satisfying. and at times, altogether torturous. So to decide "yes please, I'll have another serving of beatings and unworthiness" is not an easy decision. There needs to be a powerful reason for a being to decide to come back. (Over my years studying from the New Age teachers, I have come to understand that life is not supposed to feel like pain and suffering. That in fact, we are supposed to feel that joy and satisfaction of being non-physical, but here and now, while we are still in our physical bodies. That experience is available to us, and it is something that we can nurture in this reality, so that we DON'T constantly feel the need to escape and go back "home. It felt like being back "Home" Since my experience, I have found many others online who have had an NDE, and I see this being mentioned over and over. Being on the other side really does feel like being "home" you recognize the place instantly because you are so natural and comfortable there. Also, you instantly remember where you are, it doesn't matter how long you have been away (or how harsh your physical experience has been. There is an instant recognition, it's like a programming in your DNA or something. That once you are no longer focused into the physical reality, your focus is free to have full awareness of itself and its true nature (of being a divine infinite expression of consciousness and love. Where do we go from here? It has been 16+ years since my NDE now. For the most part, I haven't done anything meaningful with my NDE. I feel like maybe I should share this experience with the world, but the few times that I tried to do that in person, I have been met with backlash or indifference. For example, the person will immediately go on the defensive, oh, that was just sleep paralysis and a hallucination, that couldn't have been real. Or indifference might look like, oh, ok crazy person, whatever you say. right, you died and came back, uh-huh. the mental hopital is this way:pointing] People act like they care what happens after death, so worried about dying. But the reality seems to be. they don't want to hear about it from you. And I don't blame them Until I had my NDE, I probably wouldn't have believed someone else's recollection either. I don't know if there's any point in sharing my story, you really should have your own NDE. How do you make that happen? I don't know. Seems like your spirit gets to decide the moment. The closest thing I have seen, based on the recollection of other people, is the possibility of reaching this state by consuming Ayahuasca or Magic Mushrooms (both of these have DMT. From what I hear about the experience of those who consumed these compounds, the experience they had of visiting that place of "pure love" and meeting with wise guides, is exactly the same as my NDE. Personally, I have only tried cannabis, which for me seems to be very similar to that feeling you get from basking in the shower of pure love while still being lucid (I refer to cannabis as "the god plant. The reason that cannabis works is because it allows you to release your memories, and the negative memories are the heavy burden that causes a feeling of separation from Source (so when you drop the memories, it's like being sucked-out of the heavy bodily baggage through that drinking-straw of light. But, as for knowing about the other side. I believe that some people are not meant to know [just yet. There is a benefit to the physical experience, and to wake someone up before they're ready would ruin the experience for them. Because if you think that you are physical and that this life is all you get, you will have a lot more buy-in to this experience, you will take it more seriously. The experience will be a lot more IMMERSIVE. Think of putting on a 3-D headset to play an immersive video game. Now imagine if during that process you completely forgot that you were playing a game. Fighting to survive would feel much more intense, you would really get into it, wouldn't you? So I'm not sure if everyone is supposed to know about the other side. I know that as soon as the truth was shown to me, I could never take this life seriously again. I joke about it, I look forward to dying, I downplay the importance, I've even told others "stop taking it so seriously, it's just a game. In a way, that's disrespectful to what is happening here. It's like going into a room full of young children and saying, Santa Claus isn't real. the water and air is polluted, that will be your problem to deal with when your parents die, and yes they will die one day. and oh yeah, by the time you're adults, none of the remaining low-paying jobs will be enough to even rent an apartment. You have to know your audience, and you have to be respectful to the experience they're having. Because you don't know why that person is here, you don't know what their spirit intends for them, or what intention they had coming into this reality. But we didn't all have the same intention. With that said. It's been difficult for me to be back in this physical body. Having the memory of the other side makes it hard, because I am constantly comparing my life and the way I feel here, to how good I could feel in any moment if I just killed myself instead. Physical life is far from perfect, so I am frequently in a feeling place of "this is not enough, this is not sufficient" and it feels like I'm suffocating and can't breath. Feeling discomfort and dissatisfaction really effects me. Even if it's just a moment, it feels like an eternity for me. Because deep-down, I know that I am divine, and that I deserve to feel whole, satisfied, and comfortable at all times. It's like. I feel it's really important that I am respected in that way, and also, like I know that's the way that life should be, and I should never again accept any less than that. So I don't know what that will look like. In recent months, I've been driven to find other people who had NDE's, I feel like that might have a clue for me. I've felt very lonely and isolated, but already just knowing there are other likes me, and especially that coming back and being here has been difficult for them too, helps me to know that these feelings I'm having are normal. I posted links in r/nde to various videos I've come across where I really resonate and recognize the elements of the person sharing their NDE. The elements between our NDE's seem to be the same. I'm glad to have found these videos, because for the longest time after my NDE, I didn't even know there was anyone else like me. Over the past few years, I've shared about my NDE across different threads that have appeared on Reddit. At one point, my story resonated with a lot of people, it was even multi-golded (that was on a different account, I frequently recycle my accounts because of past doxing. I was really moved by how many people benefited from the sharing of my story. I feel like I'm being lead away from software engineering, it's not satisfying enough for me anymore (and frankly, given the fact that infinity is such a long time, I might as well do something that is satisfying. I would like to be a "Medium" so that I can help people who have lost a loved one. "Death" which is actually just more life) is a beautiful thing, and I want to help spread this knowing that we do not need to fear death, that it is a positive experience, that our loved ones are experiencing one of the most beautiful gifts this universe has to offer, and help each person reach that place of well-being again after facing a loss, so that they can continue benefiting from this life and experiencing its fullness. For me, being afraid of hell and damnation was a really terrifying experience, to the point that I felt like I was a prisoner. And Source respects us too much to allow us to live with that kind of terror and fear. So I would like to give this gift of knowing of our well-being to everyone else, because I feel that there are a lot of people who are seeking this truth, and I want to be able to help facilitate the sharing of that knowing. I hope my story has helped you May your heart be blessed 🧡💎.

Downhill free watch bands. I love how people are confused over the genre. Believe it or not guys, its entirely possible for a film to be both serious AND funny. Downhill free watch movies. Downhill free watch 2. Hello so I am new to the page and have been wanting to post for a while, posting from a spoof account, also from mobile so sorry if it's rubbish 😅 i just am at a loss rn. I'll start at the start I think. I met my now fiance (call him DF) I'd say a year out of his last and only realtionship. That relationship was for around a year and a half but it was his first one and although they had nothing in common he was absolutely crushed because he dropped her at work and that was the last she spoke to him, no break up chat or even a text so he was understandably distraught. He sees now that they were no good together but it took him a long time to get to this point. It's worth noting for the story that he works in a family run business (which only consists of him, his mum and dad) and stays in the middle of nowhere, a good 2 hours from his closest friend 2 hours and 40 minutes from my hometown. So we met going to watch the football, his dad would run a bus to the grounds and stop at pubs ect on way home, I've been seeing him for around 6 months at this point, been to his mums a few times to stay over but weren't official at this point, I got drunk one night on these nights out, remember everything but MIL decided I had done something wrong for god knows what reason but doesn't choose to say anything. I was staying at his this night so his mum was taking us all home, she never said a word the whole way home, to this day she hasn't said a word about it to me, she shouted DF downstairs and told her I was to leave (hungover 3 hours from home and cant drive) so I was confused naturally, she doesn't respond to anything messages or trying to talk to her about what had happened ( to this day it was over a throw away comment I had said apparently when I was drunk that went to the tune of 'do you not get angry when people are all over your bf' I'm so confused at this point because it's not in my nature to ever act like that drunk or sober but have apologised for it numerous times by this point incase I had done and couldnt remember (highly doubt this cause I remember everything) so anyway after this carry on i go get the train and travel the 3 hours home. At this point DF is still fragile ect and is also heavily influenced by FIL and MIL. So he BREAKS UP WITH ME because of this, I just stick it out knowing he will see sense which eventually he does. So I think maybe 2 months later we started seeing each other again and MIL isnt happy banishing me from her house (this makes it extremely difficult to see one another because of the distance) so DF would need to come to mine to see me and stay on my sisters couch ect it was a nightmare. Still heavily influenced by MIL and FIL he wouldnt stand up to them and say this stuff was wrong he was 24 at the time and not allowed to have a girlfriend that they would approve of, anyway I decided to make the sacrifice and move closer to DF because it was the only logical step at that point to have a normal relationship. I moved about 1hr away and got a job with live in accommodation, he came over alot it was great and after about 4 months of this underpaid and overworked job I was allowed back to the house, and everything that had happened before was consequently forgotten about, on new years day I left my job because they wouldnt allow me to have a sick day, in hospitality, when I was literally projectile vomiting, MIL was nice at this point and offered me a place to live whilst I found a new job, I thought that they had gotten over this misunderstanding and decided to treat us like their son and his partner. Things were great, I got a new job which again had live in accommodation within a month, I didnt want to overstay my welcome, again it was I hospitality but it was again over an hour away from my partner so it was made clear that it was just temporary. I worked here for around 8 months, things started going downhill at this job (being left on my own from 3pm til 11pm with no breaks ect in a busy hotel) I spoke with MIL who agreed that it was best to leave and stay with her for a while whilst I found something closer, which i did, so i then found a job which was 15 mins away from DF and was able to live and work there whilst saving for a deposit. This is where it all started to go pear shaped. I helped around the house, I gave her money, I spent money on shopping for everyone, they went on holiday and we spent it gutting the house and the garden (it was an old and dirty house) we would pick them up we done alot for them, my job was nightshift, she then started to complain that I would sleep all day, she moaned that we didnt do anything about the house, she then would moan about me getting DF to try new foods (his diet consisted of birds eye chicken and micro chips) so we decided it was time to move out, in december 18 we put a deposit down on a house, we were so excited and wanted to get out before things got past the point of no return. I had spent all this time away from home so for xmas we decided to spend it with my family. DF still spineless at this point made the plans so he would still please MIL &FIL. So DF tells MIL of the plans and she loses her shit, she stands outside the bedroom door ( I'm sleeping because nightshift) I just wake to here her saying these nasty things about how controlling I am ect and DF isnt saying a word to defend me, i sit there and cry because idk wtf to do, once that convo is over and i hear what is really thought of me, i hear FIL scream at DF to go downstairs and again another 30 minutes of hearing myself get tore into whilst I'm sat upstairs crying. We have been together for 2 years at this point and it was such a shock, I put it down to just them getting upset because we are moving out, getting under each others skin and spending xmas away from their house, this was easily one of the worst days of my life because MIL & I had grown close before this and they are the only family that I had close to me, being so far from home with noone else. So I cry, DF comes up and crys, we just get on with it because it was 2 days before xmas, we go to my mums xmas eve come back down on xmas day (again we tailored ot so that we were going to see them on xmas day) we walk in and are totally ignored, I didnt even want to go but done it for DF. I only recently found out that MIL had text DF that day telling him not to bring me, so we spend that xmas day on our own in our room, boxing day comes and we go to the football (DH & FIL) whilst I sit in a hotel reception and have to wait for them, we fly to my dads that night and see them for a few days, come back and DF wants to go to a party, I have work the next day and want to go home but of course MIL has booked him a hotel room so that he could, i stay in the room, get some sleep and head 3 hours to work the next day, on public transport because I dont drive at this point. DF picks me up after my nightshift the next morning and we go back to MILs house, she starts screaming at me asking for money for the hotel room, which I refuse because I wanted no part in staying there the night before work, and she paid it to force us so that DF could go to this party, she loses her shit guys I'm not kidding, its 7am and it's like the 30th of december, she knows that we are already moving out on 20th january but shes telling me to leave, DF shows a glimmer of a spine telling her that we arent going anywhere until then because she knows fine well we are moving out. By this point I'm exhausted, I tell her that we are moving out, she wont need to bother about us if she really feels that way, and if she wants us gone sooner then fine, we will just need to live in a hotel or something until we get the keys, she says nothing so I go to bed. These next 3 weeks are awful, silence in the house, they dont pay DF his wages, leavign him without money for that month and I need to borrow money to cover the first month rent and all the little bits that we need for the house, I beg DF to leave and he says we wont be forced out because of minor issues, I'm at a loss but stick it out. I decide to write everything that I would like to say down, all the angry thoughts and desperate pleas, just to get it out my system, I write it in my notebook which i then leave in a drawer in our room and I forget about it. Around comes moving day, we take our stuff to the house, I stay to unpack, DF goes back to get the last of our stuff and MIL confronts him with my letter, you know the notepad that was in a drawer in our room, I mean we have literally been out the house less than an hour and she raked through the drawers. I'm not going to lie it was satisfying for her to finally see what I thought of her but it just caused so much fucking damage, I felt literally violated because she had went through our stuff before the bed sheets were cold, so I sent her a text, I said that I stand by what I said although I apologised because it was written out of anger she did make us feel awful ect ect, she then tries to confront me about the letter, I tell her to stay away from me, she has my number if she wants to apologise for all the horrors she subjected us too but I blocked her on fb ect ect and told her I didnt want any contact until she apologised. So that was January last year, a year ago, she kept DF at work all day every day so I had to unpack and organise everything myself, she hasn't spoken to me since, and all she does is get on at DF. Theres a lot of bits in between this story but this is kinda the main points of how it happened. Between jan last year and now I still have had no contact, they have underpaid DF almost every month and they dont do anything to help him. So around xmas time last year I told DF to offer us to go up there and bury the hatchet, I am so sick of this drama and just want us all to get along, my parents and whole family adore DF, but they refused, then told DF to spend xmas with them and me to go away, and my DF grew his shiny spine! He told them that doesn't happen anymore, we are together he will be proposing on xmas eve and if they want him there at xmas I need to be there too. They refused ofcourse, we spent xmas at my mums, we plan to spend it there every year unless MIL and FIL accept us as a team, and after the proposal DF on a roll with his new spine asked why they hadn't said anything and MIL 'u know how I feel about her' DF shut her down, telling her if your not happy for us your not going to be at the wedding or there with the soon to be kids, he also said if this continues, the hostility, the incorrect wages ect then he will be looking elsewhere for a job 🥳🥳 I'm so proud of DF and his shiny new spine, but I wanted to ask, I know this isn't the worst situation I have read on here and if you want me to clarify any situation please ask and I will, but am I the Just No, I feel like I out stayed my welcome but I tried my best to do my part and make sure that MIL came home to a clean house ect ect, it's been stressing me out for years, do you think I should help DF find a new job (hes worked for them since he left school) and finally be free from the shackles of them? Or do you think we should try and stick it out and hope they get better? It's been a whole year and they havent even visited our home I'm just fed up tbh please give me your advice reddit 🥰.

I should preface this all with a few statements: I very rarely go out of my way to write any sort of bad review for anything; This is in no way meant to be a hate post; please read the whole post in full before commenting. Okay, now buckle up for this absolute roller coaster of a story. THE BEGINNING On April 25, 2019, at 9:25 AM CST, I placed an order of two T-Shirts that were both buy-one-get-one-free from BRWNTAPE, a brand I found on this subreddit. I received an e-mail receipt, and I immediately sent a follow-up email detailing the two other tees I as the tees that I got for free due to his promotion. He (very quickly) responded that he would see that the shirts are added to my order and to contact him if I had any problems. These are the four tees I had ordered. THE PLOT THICKENS, VERY SLOWLY Here's when things begin to get iffy. On his "Info + Terms" page on his website, he says "Please allow 1-5 Business days to process orders. On May 4th, I email him as it's been around 15 days since my purchase, to which he says that the items will be shipping out very soon "this coming week. From henceforth I would use Instagram to message/contact him, and I ask that you refer to the Imgur album linked at the bottom to see any evidence of what I say. On May 29th I asked when he was going to ship out the shirts and he told me he planned on the 8th of June, and that I should always contact him via email for the fastest response. I did email him again though on the 12th and he said, once again, my order was delayed to the 25th. To be noted, though, is that on the 16th I messaged him that he had not responded to my email and he told me that USPS had my package now. He asked if I had not gotten the shipping confirmation email, which I would not end up receiving until the 26th. If you track the tracking number he provided in the email, it still to this day does not exist. I'm going to be a little brief in order to save myself some time in the next part of this fiasco but please feel free to peruse the DMs linked below. THE PACKAGE On June 27th, I received the package. I opened my front door on that summer day to see a low quality, somehow wrinkled package on my front door. As soon as I picked it up I shook my head, it seriously probably weighed 10 oz max. I opened the package and was greeted by two, absolutely-horrid quality tee shirts. Light as a feather, misaligned screenprint, and fit a size small rather than a medium. I tie-dyed one of the tees, which didn't turn out well, but note that it was originally white. Only one of the two tees I received was a tee that I had actually ordered. I DM him and he explains that it must have been the wrong order and he's super sorry. He said I can keep the items and he'll fix it. It's all downhill from here On July 24th, I still have not received these two shirts, so I message him. He explains that since my order is older and it was messed up, he's going to focus on newer older first. He says that if I want the items that I PAID FOR sooner, I should now send the other items back first. I compliment him on his new drop for the sake of trying to get this guy on my side and ask him to let me know when the package will go out. On September 27th, I message him that I have not received anything yet. He says he forgot. On December 1st, I DM him, asking for some shirts or a refund or anything. No response. On the 12th, I DM him. On the 20th I DM him. A new manager is supposedly under the account and he apologizes for this ridiculousness (damn right ffs. On January 9th, I DM him, and we are right back to the "it'll be out on the _ th. So this new, probably imaginary, the manager is just like the last one. He has a new drop that's on the 10th of January, and he says my items will ship out with them. I am tremendously skeptical at this point; realistically speaking, how is he supposed to have the resources to print some tees from 8 months ago. 8 months. On the 4th of February, I DM him. On the 5th I DM him, no response. I even tried to call him. At 1 AM on the 6th of February, today, he DMs me asking if some totally arbitrary email is mine. At 10:53, I'm donating blood and I'm so bummed and fed up with this absolute child of a business manager that I just ask for a refund. He says, Yeah I did refund you, well who I thought was you. I asked for a screenshot of the Paypal refund. To be fair, I was in the wrong here, I paid with Debit Card directly, and I was wrong. He explained that I was wrong and I realized my mistake. I'm so suspicious of this guy at this point so I ask again for a screenshot of any sort of proof of refund. His response was that he wasn't at any liberty to send me proof. "We're a company, we don't have someone on staff who can just screenshot a page and send it to you. you're a company, you should. He notes that I'm wrong for asking for a screenshot because that can easily be faked/photoshopped. He now says that he will not refund me unless I send back my items! But I was told that my items were shipped out with the orders from the 10th, then I was told I was refunded, but now I guess none of that is true. I ask what happened to my items being shipped out earlier and he says that I am using bullying tactics on him and he wIlL nOt tOlErAtE iT. I screenshotted his DM where he said it would ship out earlier last month. He replies, We aren't amazon, there's delays and new order prioritize over past orders. 8 months is a hell of a delay if you ask me. I explain how shitty his customer service is, to which he simply replies, Your order will ship out next week. TL;DR AND CONCLUSION. In April I ordered 4 t-shirts from; In July, 3 months later, I receive two very poor quality tees. Now, after a total of 8 months of waiting, the other two tees seem as distant as ever. My order was delayed- five times. This has seriously been the absolute worst and most stressful transaction I have ever made in my life. I'm sure there are other people who have also been screwed by this loser, and it's an absolute shame. u/ASHLEYSMELLS, the creator of posts like these, still posts on his Instagram and reddit, most recently where he insulted someone who didn't like his hoodie timelapse for watching anime. This was the first order I ever made on this sub, and I'm really happy I didn't just leave after this bad transaction. This post is meant to serve as a warning to always be wary and careful for people making their own businesses; ANYONE could do this. This isn't meant to be an advertisement, but shoutout to the brands I have consistently bought from that have never, EVER, had anything like this happen to me. and, these guys all know and respect how business should be done, and I highly recomment checking them out.
